The check in took a long time and the owner first tried giving us a room without a window even through we booked a double room with a window. He told us that the room we booked was already occupied and eventually gave us a room with two single beds which had a window. The place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the walls were very stained. Bedding and towels were clean but the room could do with a proper scrub and fresh paint. The shower is over a squatty toilet and the space is very tight and awkward. Also, the toilet cistern and the boiler above it leaked so it was impossible to go to the toilet without getting wet.

办理入住手续花了很长时间，尽管我们预订了一间有窗户的双人房，但业主还是首先尝试给我们一间没有窗户的房间。他告诉我们，我们预订的房间已经被占用了，最终给了我们一间有两张单人床、有窗户的房间。这个地方有很浓的烟味，墙壁也脏兮兮的。床上用品和毛巾很干净，但房间需要适当的擦洗和新鲜的油漆。淋浴间位于蹲式马桶上方，空间非常狭小和尴尬。而且，厕所水箱和上面的锅炉漏水，所以上厕所时不可能不被淋湿。

The owner is very nice to give us a free upgrade to double bed room and check in early.
