Hotel receptionist Ms.蒲文玲has shown exemplary character in reaching out to guest. We couldn't hailed a cab because we don't have the app and payment method but she helped to hail the taxi on the street and when this was unsuccessful due to peak hour,she used her mobile app and hailed one for us and insisted we only pay her based on the estimated fare shown in the app. Such an honest and humble person. She has done a good deed and we truly appreciate her gesture. Orange Hotel is lucky to have her as an employee.🙏

酒店接待员蒲文玲女士在与客人接触方面表现出了模范品格。我们无法叫出租车，因为我们没有应用程序和付款方式，但她帮助在街上叫了出租车，当由于高峰时段而未能成功时，她使用她的移动应用程序为我们叫了一辆出租车，并坚持要求我们仅根据应用程序中显示的估计票价向她付款。这样一个诚实而谦虚的人。她做了一件好事，我们非常感谢她的举动。橘子酒店很幸运有她作为员工。🙏
