The location is very convenient, walking distance to the shopping mall and many restaurants and a small night market nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ella and Joy. Super polite and patient. Room was perfect, very clean, everything I needed. Breakfast was also great, wide variety and helpful staff. I have 2 problems with the amenities, though. The gym was closed when I arrived, I opened the door and went in by myself. I found that 2 of the 3 treadmills weren’t working. I saw the hotel opened in 2022, so I don’t understand how they already have these kind of issues. The hotel also say that they have an indoor swimming pool, but this swimming pool is located in the mall next to the hotel, which means a late night swim is out of the question. In this heat, a swim at night would have been the perfect way to cool down. Either way, I would definitely recommend the hotel, as long as you don’t plan on using the gym or swimming pool.

總的來說，中規中矩。很多酒店如果當天預定，酒會主動為客人升房型，他們沒有這個服務，當天辦理入住時已經晚上22.00多，要求升一下差價只有一二十的房型都被拒絕了，感覺稍微有點不近人情。

新設施，服務態度超好，早餐樣式很多，值得再來造訪續住！价比非常高的希尔顿酒店，无论餐饮环境还是服务都可以给💯，最让我们窝心的还是小姐姐们的服务

整體而言非常不錯，首先酒店價位與軟硬體性價比極高！房間很大可開窗，早餐整體也不錯👍服務人員挺熱情，特別是小雯，回訪我們住的如何等等！其實這酒店跟亞朵挺像的，有家的感覺！到武隆玩后，過二天我們又已訂回這酒店住！哈哈

The hotel facilities are very new and perfect. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the fragrance. The lobby also has tea and biscuits for the guests to take. Every staff member is very warm service, especially Ray is very good. There was plenty to eat. All in all a very pleasant stay!

酒店设施很新，很完善。一进酒店，就闻到了扑鼻的香味。大堂还备有茶和饼干供客人享用。每个工作人员服务都很热情，特别是Ray非常好。有很多吃的。总而言之，这是一次非常愉快的住宿！

房間大小、床墊舒適度的都還不錯，只可惜了房間內濃濃的裝修味道令人不舒服

設施很新，員工服務好，房間清潔，前臺姐姐、哥哥很有禮貌、貼心，早餐很多美食，也很好味。值得推薦的酒店！[强]
