基本上都很满意，但是一个男士的服务态度不好，之前來停車都開了停车票，但是这位男士就是不愿意开，告知我们是在携程订单所以拒绝开停车票

Room is big to accommodate our entire family. Staffs could not speak English but willing to help. Guest’s front door could not open but not a big trouble.Room had been cleaned every day and we slept well all nights. Location is 700m from the subway which was quite far for my kids to walk so we took DiDi.Breakfast was the disadvantage as same menus were served everyday. Food was all mostly Chinese and should have been more international.Overall we are in love with this hotel and would recommend to stay here without any hesitation.

房间很大，可以容纳我们全家。工作人员不会说英语，但愿意提供帮助。客人的前门打不开，但这不是什么大问题。房间每天都打扫，我们整晚都睡得很好。酒店位置距离地铁 700 米，对我的孩子来说步行太远了，所以我们乘坐滴滴。早餐是缺点，因为每天都提供相同的菜单。食物大多是中餐，应该更加国际化。总的来说，我们爱上了这家酒店，会毫不犹豫地推荐住在这里。

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for my Medical Examination, which is located adjacently across to the Clinic, It is very convenient! Good Customer service and friendly staff! Overall I gave this hotel a great review and wonderful experience. :)

我在这家酒店住了 2 晚，因为要进行体检，酒店就在诊所对面，非常方便！客户服务很好，员工也很友好！总的来说，我给这家酒店打了很高的评价，体验很棒。:)
