The place is real good - beside the metro station and rooms are large. When you have no Chinese phone ask the reception for VIP guest access. We holding there our conference - for it’s perfect

Location, room comfort, hotel conditionI chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nigths, can't think of something to complain about. My room is huge, cleaned everyday to a point I think my bedsheets were replaced daily. Every afternoon when I return to my room from work, my bed was cleaned spotless without any wrinkles so it get me thinking "hmm did they replace my sheets again?". Enough lights in the room it doesn't feel dark like other hotels. Breakfast was good too and dinner buffet is very reasonable with lots of choices including crabs and seafood. The spicy noodle in the restaurant was one of the best we tried in Chongqing - I only tried it on my last day and I kinda regret not trying the noodle as soon as I arrived because it was really good. Location is ideal too - it's very close to the bus station where you can get off from the mall using bus# 7.||Customer service? Perfect! Colin Qiao was very helpful in giving me suggestions where to buy a duffel bag and he also helped me call a taxi from hotel to the mall and gave me a souvenir doll when I checked-out.||This hotel is highly recommended and I will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

Nice hotel, very clean, big rooms. Good internet connection. Restaurant offers enjoyable local and western food. Not really near anything within walking distance. You'll need to call a taxi of arrange transportation to do anything. The staff are top notch, very helpful and responsive. Looks like they have good conference facilities. This hotel has potential to be 5 stars, but they are missing some of the finer touches.

I stayed at Grand Metropark for two weeks and it was a pleasant stay.||All staff are helpful and polite. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable, with modern furniture. Breakfast has a good variety, although meals price was a bit expensive. The gym and pool area are good and very spacious, the hotel is well managed.||Great hotel for business stay, monorail is about 1 block from the hotel and city center is 1 hour far (by monorail). There is a mall near the hotel (only for Home stuff) and a condo, around the hotel there are not many things to do but the neighborhood is really safe. Better staying in this new city zone than facing Chongqing traffic every day!

酒店从机场可以直接坐轻轨到，打车10多分钟，交通方便又很安静，周围自然景色很不错。酒店总体装修豪华，设施完善现代。大堂宽敞唯美，客房用品舒适干净，会议设施很不错，大小会议室都齐全，我们几种会议，从上百人的到二三十的都能满足。餐饮虽然以重庆口味为主，但也兼顾了不能吃辣的外地客人的需求，很不错。服务上，门童每次都很礼貌热情的跟你打招呼，客房打扫很及时，餐厅的服务人员也很友好并及时清理。不足之处：虽然客房倡导绿色环保，但是房间马桶一直不停地流水；前台处理事情方式可以更灵活，我们不小心把书桌上的纸巾筒弄到地上打碎了，退房时就告诉前台了，前台通知查客房的后，竟然没找到，在我们的再三提醒下，好久才找到，但是表示这个没有明确标价，因为我们要赶早班飞机，一再督促下，前台才报出125的价钱，我们惊愕之余，还是赶紧交钱去赶飞机。我们这么诚实的告知了，也不给便宜点^_^
