RSI HOTEL

After Yuya Guangnian or whatever it's called wouldn't accept a foreigner, I booked RSI Hotel. It was my first time to Chongqing. The map put me on the wrong side of the street and I was totally lost. I called the woman working the front desk on Chinese New Year. She used a text to speech translation app to communicate over the phone and then got on video to come find me. She left the hotel and came outside to find me and bring me in. She was very kind and helpful over the two days I stayed there. Her customer service is extraordinary .在宇芽光年（或者叫什么的）不接受外国人之后，我预订了RSI酒店。这是我第一次来重庆。地图把我带到了街道的另一侧，我完全迷路了。我在春节期间给前台的女士打了电话。她用语音转文字的翻译应用和我沟通，然后开视频来找到我。她甚至离开酒店，走出来把我带进去。在我住的两天里，她非常友善和热心。她的客户服务真的非常出色。

公寓酒店在光環區最精華區， 交通及地點都很方便， 櫃檯服務也非常好， 性價比也很好， 唯一不方便的是沒有冰箱， 不過價位是相襯的， 是不錯的短期住宿。

熱水水龍頭水量很小，洗澡時太冷了。水量檢查一下。謝謝

除了早上樓上發出的工程聲擾人外。應該入住時要提醒一下客人。其餘各方面還算不錯的，床也睡得舒服，靠近光環美食林立各種便利，附近有輕軌蠻方便外出的。

整體可以，可是在維護及清潔上的確有待加強，另外18樓上一層一早就發出巨大工程聲音太擾人了（雖然我知道酒店也是影響者）。
