重庆两江新区高科希尔顿酒店

I would highly recommend this hotel. I am quite attentive to the details. This hotel satisfies all my expectations. From booking to check-in, it is seamlessly smooth. I stayed there for about two weeks. Front office staff are well trained to handle inquiries. Everyone is truly at your service. Housekeeping is very friendly. I met the floor attendant several times, she always smiled and checked on my needs. Concierge is one of the best, they are knowledgeable about the area and provide useful information. I couldn't remember the girl supervisor's name, she is good. ||I went up to the cafe for breakfast every morning, the area was sparkling clean. The staff are fast turning over tables. ||The room is spacious with a contemporary deco. I personally liked their Japanese style bathroom, which is pretty Hilton. ||Hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. There is also a take-out delivery table at the front door for the guests to receive their app orders. ||Next time in town, I would like to stay there again.

房間很大，有室內游泳池，健身室，早餐豐富美味。雖不及解放碑那邊繁華熱鬧，可見重慶清靜休閒的另一面。酒店打車非常方便，半小時內已到機場👍👍

The hotel is very beautiful. However service needs much improvement. When we arrived to the hotel with all of our bags there was a bell boy on the inside and outside. They both looked at us and watched us struggle taking out our bags and on no point did they offer to help us with our bags. We booked a suite in fact we booked one of the most expensive suites in the hotel. While it does come with the executive lounge the hotel has made it where the executive lounge does not serve breakfast. I was shocked to find out that on top of paying for an executive suite I Then had to turn around and pay for breakfast. This is not standard in the hotel industry and in my opinion this is a way for the Chinese management To squeeze more money out of their customers. I did feel slightly scammed by this. As the website says that it comes with the excutive lounge and in all other hiltons that I've stayed at globally the second of lounge always includes breakfast. The location of the hotel itself is in more of a residential area there are a few shops next to it such as Caribou Coffee however there are no immediate shops that are walking distance. the price that I paid for this room And it does not include Breakfast seems very scamming to me. I could not recommend this hotel to other travelers for this reason and for the lack of service that we received when we arrived at the hotel there are other hotels that are in better locations and when you buy a suite you get breakfast with it. I also wanna point out that I am an honors member And apparently this Hilton has its own special points program and does not participate in the points program that all other Hiltons and people in the IGH group participate in This was a direct quote from the manager

The rooms have lot of open space and they are wide. Service was great. Very helpful staff and friendly. Location is more centered about the business area, although the downtown is only few minutes away by car. There are still many things to check out around this area.

Good room but lack of service. Concierge/bellboy didn’t bother to welcome us at all, nor did they help us with the luggages we had. The lady just watched us getting off the car and walking into the building. Not recognised as Hilton Gold member. Booked two rooms separately under two reservations, names and membership number. We weren’t told we need to pay separately to get the stays and points. Had to refund and pay again on checkout. What a fuss. Overall, good infrastructure but terrible service.

钻卡房间升级到16的套房，整个房间比前一天入住的重庆威斯汀行政套要大一些。整个服务体验非常好，在酒廊办理的入住，lizhi介绍了整个酒店以及酒廊的开放时间，直接帮我们把房间延迟到4点退房了，这点很喜欢。房间最爱超大浴缸，真的很大。因为刚开业没几年，整个房间很新，酒店用的香薰也很好间，备品也是大瓶装的了。不过房间的温度可以调整一下了，和对象感觉很热，空调开冷风也没作用。|星空酒吧重新开业，可能去得早，没几个人。入住酒店会送两杯酒，大堂通向酒吧的楼梯很适合拍照，酒吧也很大。|酒廊的出品比较不错，喜欢八爪鱼和海草，热菜也还行。酒廊的服务是真的好，比很多酒廊的服务好太多。早餐感觉选择性很少，没吃几口就继续回去睡了。下次再入住

Great experience starting from fast check-in with Katty at front desk . The room are clean, modern and all inside is easy to use. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. And the service team is very professional and kind. Panna restaurant is a nice place to eat a nice steak with a bottle of wine from their complete wine list. Special thanks to Kara and Nancy for their recommendation and service dedication. I will be back for sure.

A new part of the city for me. This new 5* hotel is only 20 mins from the airport and Chongqing North Railway Station. Large modern rooms overlooking the rather empty Fortune Plaza are well appointed with a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe and stand alone bathtub. Breakfast is a typical buffet affair.
