The good hotel, very pleasant and high-quality service, a friendly stuff at the reception. The cleaning is decent, very clean. The location is good, I definitely recommend this hotel. And I will definitely come back here the next time when I arrive to Xi’an again

酒店很棒，服务非常舒适优质，前台工作人员也很友好。清洁工作做得不错，非常干净。地理位置优越，我强烈推荐这家酒店。下次我再来西安，一定会再来这里。

The location was great, the room was not clean, it looked like it hadn’t been clean for a couple of weeks, the reception service was terrible it’s like they didn’t know what they were doing it took at least 20 minutes to give me my keys & worse stil the lights in the room kept going off. Other than that the location is great.

位置很棒，房间不干净，看起来好像好几个星期都没打扫过。前台服务糟糕透了，感觉他们根本不知道在干什么，至少等了20分钟才给我钥匙，更糟糕的是，房间里的灯一直灭。除此之外，位置很棒。
