西安凯悦酒店

I had one night stay at Xi'an Hyatt Regency last week and was treated well. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff at the front desk. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in and generously offered an upgrade to a spacious corner suite on the first floor. I opted instead for a club room on the third floor for its easy access to the lounge. I'm a globalist.||Staff in the club lounge were polite and welcoming too. Lounge hours are 10am - 10pm. Soft drinks, coffee/tea and fruits are available all day. Happy hours are from 6pm-8pm with several hot dishes and soups on offer. The breakfast featured a diverse selection of Shanxi local dishes alongside Western favorites. They are of good quality though nothing special stand out. ||The hotel's west entrance leads to Qujiang Park. I took advantage of it and had a nice walk along the picturesque lake in the evening of arrival day and again in the morning next day. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.||||

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Xian exceeded all expectations. It is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the check-in experience to accommodation, dining, and amenities, everything is top-notch. Globalist recognition is exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite and had access to both the breakfast buffet and the Club lounge.||||The breakfast buffet offers an extensive and delicious selection of food. The light dinner served at the Club is plentiful and sufficient for a formal dinner. The gym is nice, and the pool water was warm and pleasant.||||Be aware that the rooms may have a distinctive wood smell, as all furniture is made of high-quality hardwood. We were initially surprised by the smell and asked to change rooms. Hunter, the Front Desk Manager, was beyond helpful. He came right away to check the room and took me to several other rooms for options. We eventually stayed in our originally assigned room and actually became accustomed to the wood smell.||||We were also pleasantly surprised by how many staff members spoke good English, which contrasts with our experience at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai Jingmao. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel to stay at if you are visiting Xian. Truly luxurious and comfortable.||

The staff at this hotel were all great. Zheng Lei (Jerry) was particularly helpful as he assisted with my request of shipping gifts to other parts of China. He even helped with filling out the form. His hospitality was above and beyond. ||||The amenities at this hotel was also top notch. Great gym, pool and breakfast. Not to mention convenient location to all of Xian. 10/10 would come back

Regency hotel is usually a normal hotel in USA, however this hotel looks a luxurious hotel. The room is spacious. Breakfast has the choices more than I expected. I cannot expect more from a regency hotel in the world. This is one of the best hotel I stay in Xian.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Xi'an. The location is perfect, with easy access to many attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the executive lounge manager. The food at the hotel is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Chef Eddy remains the 👑 King of Xi’an when it comes to roast duck and Beijing cuisine. Every time the family comes to Xi’an, we always go here. It’s now a tradition! 📜||||Unfortunately, this trip was for a funeral, so we booked the VIP room as we were 18 pax. As you can see, this room is bigger than some apartments in Beijing. It’s massive, and it fits 20 pax. This is a real VIP room, I mean holy moly! 🤯✨||||For the food: of course, order the roast duck! 🦆🔥 Also, get the 川味夫妻肺片 (Sichuan tripe), 招牌吊烧奈|和牛 (wagyu), and 冞红酒隈鹅肝 (goose liver). We ordered all the meat and seafood food groups. 🥩🦞 Of course, if you like veggies, get the 员果百合炒西芹 (celery). 🥦🥗||||Service was excellent, I think we had 3 servers in our room for the meal. 👏👌 Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐||||Will we go back? Absolutely 100%! ✅💯||Love the hotel but I had to comment on the food!

This is definitely one of the best hotel experiences so far. The staff were very friendly, the suite they upgraded me to was unbelievable roomy, yet still provides excellent lake view. Assistant manager of the Regency Club, Everlyn, checked me in and she was super friendly and helpful. This hotel is for sure one of my favorite, and would be my #1 choice whenever I visit Xi'an. Fabulous.

这绝对是迄今为止最好的酒店体验之一。工作人员非常友好，他们给我升级的套房非常宽敞，但仍然可以欣赏到绝佳的湖景。摄政俱乐部的助理经理 Everlyn 帮我办理了入住，她非常友好，乐于助人。这家酒店无疑是我最喜欢的酒店之一，并且是我每次访问西安时的第一选择。太棒了。
