I believe this hotel once was a very nice 5 stars, but after so many years the quality of the rooms have gone down. It needs some maintenance, but mostly needs some more friendly customer service. Everybody was grumpy and disgusting. Very bad feeling about being a guest here

Property is aged but overall fairly well kept. Rooms have passed their prime but the reason to stay is for early flight the next morning. ||The Chinese restaurant on floor 2 isn’t bad and 3rd floor has a western restaurant for breakfast and dinner. But the airport is 5 minute walk and offer other choices. ||Internet is terrible and worse part is the room thermostat isn’t adjustable and set way too warm in the name of energy savings. Shower floor tiles are well worn and stained. ||Conveniently having a connector with the airport. Without the location, would rate 2 stars.

It is very convenient for a day tour in Xian. You can go to hotel lobby directly from the Terminal 3 walking 1 min. It was the best airport hotel I have stayed!

Midnight arrival pls take note, the main entrance will be closed , we waited so long the security come & open the doors , we need to borrow other people’s phone to call themOverall the room is clean good location

This hotel was a a very huge surprise and I very rarely leave a review on any trip. The hotel was very nice, location brilliant (with a direct connection to the Terminal), lovely clean rooms and an absolutely great choice and quality of breakfast. As we just arrived 11:30 pm and departed 07:00 am not much more to say in this direction. What is making me write this review is the service. The hotel's secret weapon: called Sammy. When our conversation at the reception reached we chats translation capabilities, they called Sammy. Sammy, calling himself our personal butler. He supported us to get RMB from the cash mashine. He personally showed us the connection on the third floor to Terminal 2. Deeply recommended to not miss the breakfast (very good advice!), he prepared the checkout already in the evening and: he organized us a transport electric vehicle, which should pick us in the morning at 7:00am to deliver us straight to our departure gate. Not only that this service was for free, Sammy (after a night shift) welcomed us together with the "airporttaxi" at 7:00 am, he made great fotos from us on the e-vehicle and presented us on of the most precious and unforgetable hotel/airport moments ever. Feeling like being in the first class lounge. Thank you very much Sammy! Turker & Christoph

The hotel is nice and is in a good location with easy access to the terminals. I would have thought being an International Airport Hotel that the 1st floor front desk would have spoken more English, but we managed. Their credit card machine would also not take my western credit card so I had to pay the deposit in cash. They weren't real helpful. The young lady at the third floor speaks better English and was very helpful in arranging a ride for me earlier in the morning as the cross bridge to the terminal 3 does not open until 5:00 and I didn't want to have to be running to try and catch my flight. A big thank you to her. A word of warning for anyone staying at this hotel. They do not provide free water. I am use to every hotel providing at least 2 bottles of complimentary water, so without thinking I drank the only 2 bottles provided. At checkout I was charged an incredible 50 yuan for the two small bottles of water! I spend close to 200 nights in hotels every year and this was a first. I can honestly say they will not be getting my repeat business.

酒店很不错，位置优越，可轻松前往航站楼。我本来以为作为一家国际机场酒店，一楼前台会说更多英语，但我们做到了。他们的信用卡机器也不接受我的西方信用卡，所以我必须用现金支付押金。他们并没有真正的帮助。三楼的年轻女士英语说得更好，并且非常乐于助人，在早上为我安排了乘车，因为通往 3 号航站楼的过桥要到 5:00 才开放，我不想跑步尝试赶上我的航班。非常感谢她。对所有入住这家酒店的人提出警告。他们不提供免费水。我习惯了每家酒店至少提供2瓶免费水，所以我不假思索地就喝了仅有的2瓶。结帐时，两小瓶水被收了令人难以置信的50元钱！我每年在酒店度过近 200 个夜晚，这是第一次。我可以诚实地说他们不会得到我的回头客。

This is a clean, comfortable, hotel. It is located within terminal 3 of Xian Xianyang International Airport, so it is very convenient to check into flights.

这是一家干净、舒适的酒店。位于西安咸阳国际机场3号航站楼内，办理登机手续非常方便。

酒店就在機場航站樓裡，凌晨落機直接行幾步就到達酒店非常方便！第二日中午的飛機直接係酒店去機場只需5分鐘！不過酒店沒有點餐服務，如果有的話就更好了！酒店房間看出去能直接看到機場，第一次住機景房，這次的體驗真的非常好！
