华清爱琴海国际温泉酒店

We arrived at midnight and although IHad a booking confirmation reference, they insisted they didn’t have our booking, I had a number to contact if problems arouse for hotel to ring? They said they couldn’t because the number wasn’t in china . We had prepaid for 3 nights and they insisted we paid again, then they couldn’t use our credit card , which we had used in the previous 2 hotels,after an hour and a half we finally managed to get our tour guide to talk to them and arrange some accommodation. The following day they found our booking . We wanted some milk in our room on arrival and they said they didn’t have any until the morning.

我们半夜到达，虽然我有预订确认参考，但他们坚持说他们没有我们的预订，我有一个电话号码可以联系，如果出现问题酒店可以打电话吗？他们说不能，因为这个号码不在中国。我们已经预付了三晚的房费，他们坚持要我们再付一次，然后他们就不能使用我们在之前两家酒店用过的信用卡，一个半小时后我们终于找到了导游。他们并安排一些住宿。第二天他们发现了我们的预订。我们想要在抵达时在房间里喝点牛奶，但他们说直到早上才提供。

酒店的服務非常熱情、貼心。房間雖然不大，不過乾淨整潔度都讓人滿意。只要到酒店大堂，就會有工作人員詢問是否需要免費車服務。溫泉的部分也很有意思，有很多不同主題的湯池，還有些湯池是藏在花叢中，去探索的過程非常有意思。

今次是情人節旅行，在這間溫泉酒店staycation。我們有私湯，所以非常悠閒，溫泉水滑，過了一個寧靜和浪漫的晚上。外面風景不錯，早餐也非常豐富，原本對此也沒有期待。

the new wing was under renovation so a bit noisy, even at night.But after complaining to the service staff went quiet down pretty fast.Buggy was easy to call and the hot spring has so many options, nice!

新楼正在装修，所以有点吵，即使是在晚上。但是向服务人员投诉后，很快就安静下来了。叫越野车很方便，温泉有很多选择，不错！

Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

漂亮干净，空间大，工作人员友善，套餐附带温泉体验！可以改进以下方面：加热马桶适合冬天，也许还可以提供客用洗衣服务，尤其是长期住宿的客人。

Pretty hotel, big spaces, clean, polite services from staff; could improve/upgrade the toilet to heated seats for winter use. Hot spring is great with lots of choices but buffet menu at hot spring site has some room to improve.

漂亮的酒店，空间大，干净，工作人员服务礼貌；可以改进/升级厕所以加热座椅以供冬季使用。温泉很棒，有很多选择，但温泉区的自助餐菜单还有一些改进的空间。

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it! Service at a very good level, very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, cosy, beautiful panoramic view. Not far from the hotel you can visit the museum Terracotta Army. Thanks for comfortable accommodation and attentive professional service!

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel. Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy.Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

个人温泉的体验非常满意。温泉就在房间外面，在酒店随时都可以使用。位置非常方便，距离高速出口大约10分钟路程。酒店周边有很多当地美食可以品尝。服务还不错。如果迷你吧能多点饮料，尤其是酒精就更好了。
