Hotel was great, however there is some false advertising. City view means a room with a picture window, this does not mean a window. Hotel blames trip.com for what is advertised. Customer is left to argue what city view means.

酒店很棒，但广告有些不实。“城市景观”指的是带观景窗的房间，而不是带窗户的房间。酒店指责trip.com的广告宣传有问题。顾客只能自己去争论“城市景观”到底是什么意思。

The Vienna Hotel is very accessible from the Xi An Zhong Lou metro station. It is also surrounded by malls in different directions within walking distance. The hotel, though old, have clean rooms. However, the air conditioning was not working and the whole room is very stuffy. The air con technician remarked that the air conditioning works well as a heater, and when the room is too hot, the guests will open the windows to let the cold air in. ( He said this because we had a room without windows, booked by our friend who is also totally unaware of the implications). When I asked him what happens during summer then? He could not provide a satisfactory answer. My advice for guests who is keen to stay at this hotel during summer for it's accessibility - please ensure the room comes with windows that can be opened and bring along a portable fan. I am so glad I brought a small portable fan with me somehow, in mid October early autumn period (19/10). Edit: (20/10) After shifting to another hotel in Xi An, I realised that the air conditioning is similar (weak cooling characteristics) but because this room comes with windows (& mosquito netting) - the room does not get stuffy. Problem solved.

从西安钟楼地铁站可轻松抵达维也纳酒店。周围还有不同方向的购物中心，步行即可到达。 酒店虽然老旧，但房间干净。然而，空调不工作，整个房间很闷。 空调技师表示，空调的作用就像取暖器一样，当房间太热时，客人会打开窗户让冷空气进来。 （他这么说是因为我们的房间没有窗户，是我们的朋友预订的，他也完全不知道这意味着什么）。 当我问他夏天会发生什么？他无法给出满意的答复。 我对那些热衷于夏季入住这家酒店的客人的建议是，因为这里的交通便利 - 请确保房间配有可打开的窗户并携带便携式风扇。 我很高兴我在十月中旬初秋期间（19/10）不知何故带了一个小便携式风扇。 编辑：(20/10) 搬到西安的另一家酒店后，我意识到空调是相似的（制冷特性较弱），但因为这个房间配有窗户（和蚊帐） - 房间不会闷热。问题解决了。

We checked in after midnight and was greeted coldly by the front desk staff. However, front desk staff in charged on next day was friendly and helpful hence, probably the staff on duty for previous day might be having a bad day. In relation to the hotel room, it has an awful old + smoke smell (probably we were given smoking room). Carpet was old, room was small for standard size, and between beds and bathroom it has a mirror glass. Funny design though. Nevertheless, the hotel is quiet during the night, averagely placed at a good location as it is about 10-15 mins walk to the metro station and it is within the city wall.

我们午夜后才入住，前台人员的接待很冷淡。不过，第二天值班的前台人员很友好，也很乐于助人，所以可能是前一天值班的工作人员心情不好。至于酒店房间，房间里弥漫着一股难闻的陈旧烟味（可能是我们被安排在了吸烟房）。地毯很旧，标准间里房间太小，床和浴室之间还有一块镜子。不过设计有点奇怪。不过，酒店晚上很安静，位置也不错，步行10-15分钟就能到地铁站，而且就在城墙内。

This hotel sure have had it's glory hours long ago ! The room carpets have cigarette holes, they also have dark discolored spots where feet used to stand. The room walls are dirty and spoiled. The air conditioned units mostly blow air and do not cool it. The hotel is also kind of difficult to find.

这家酒店很久以前肯定辉煌过！房间地毯上满是烟头留下的洞，还有以前脚踩过的深色污渍。房间墙壁脏兮兮的，破烂不堪。空调大多时候只是吹风，不制冷。这家酒店也有点难找。

This hotel is located quite conveniently near the Xi'an Railway station (not the CRH Railway or high speed train station, for that you have to catch a taxi). It's convenience means close to a good choice of restaurants or eateries and also the entrance to the North side of the city wall if you intent on walking or cycling around the Wall. Also it's two blocks away from the subway station. ||The hotel is an older building and the room that I had was clean and warm. However, one giveaway was the bath towels, you can tell from it that those towels must be the original which has been used for years, with holes and really worn looking, just doesn't give the warm feeling. I know these are just minor issues. ||The other issue with my room which is located facing the main road is the traffic noise. This is not just a main city street, it has total 6 lanes of traffic. The incessant need to use the car horn starts around 3.00 to 3.30 am and goes on until late into the night. I don't know what the noise level is regarding other room locations.||I did not have breakfast there so no comment on that. Would I stay there again ? I would probably look at other quieter options.

这家酒店位置便利，靠近西安火车站（不是动车组或高铁站，因为去那里需要打车）。酒店位置便利，附近有很多不错的餐厅和小吃店，如果你想步行或骑自行车绕城墙，这里也是城墙北侧的入口。酒店离地铁站也只有两个街区。||酒店是一栋老建筑，我住的房间干净温暖。然而，浴巾有一个小瑕疵，从上面可以看出这些毛巾肯定是用了好几年的原装毛巾，上面有破洞，看起来很破旧，感觉不太温暖。我知道这些只是小问题。||我的房间面朝主干道，另一个问题是交通噪音。这不仅仅是一条主干道，它总共有6条车道。从凌晨3点到3点半左右开始，我就开始不停地按喇叭，直到深夜。我不知道其他房间的噪音水平如何。||我没有在那里吃早餐，所以对此没有评论。我会再住那里吗？我可能会考虑其他更安静的选择。

Stayed there for two days with my family to visit this famous ancient Chinese city. Front desk staff is very helpful introducing tourist hot points and how to avoid traps, there are lots out there. Room is clean, not spacious but enough. Between bath tab and bedroom, it is a class wall which my kids made lots fun of it.

和家人在这里住了两天，参观了这座著名的中国古城。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，介绍了旅游热点以及如何避开陷阱，那里有很多陷阱。房间干净，虽然不宽敞，但足够用了。浴室和卧室之间有一面墙，我的孩子们玩得很开心。
