2.24-2.26日西安自助游，入驻该酒店，总体评价三星半，酒店与传统意义中的汉庭、快捷不同，不是独立酒店住宅，而是与多家酒店共同租用的公寓，7楼是前台服务处，我们住宿的是在11楼，公寓位于西华门附近，旁边是西安中医院，入口旁有个垃圾集中处理的环卫处，偶尔会有异味。房间内配套设施大致齐全，房间是比较宽敞的，除了洗手间主卧外还有一个小型厨房，算是家庭式公寓，但是卫生打扫比较一般，必需品如厕纸这种要自己跟前台留言要去填补，有点不便！大环境而言西安的绝对中心，旁边就是著名的回民街，出行十分方便！从99元的团购价位来看性价比颇高，但如果是门市价格268之类的就会有明显心理落差（ps酒店热水器加热比较慢，1人洗澡完后需加热1小时左右另一人方可洗澡）

团购发现的酒店，距离回民街非常的近，走路5分钟都用不了。旁边就是西安中医医院。距离钟鼓楼和西安比较繁华的街区也很近。坐落在宏府嘉会，貌似这楼上有很多这种商务酒店。不过这家房间很大，基本都带厨房。只不过洗手间没有做到干湿分开，别的还算可以。

先说加分的地方：酒店位置实在不错，下楼就是地铁2号线钟楼站（市中心）步行10分钟就到回民街，离火车站也只是15-20分钟的公车，好多路都到。|再说说减分的地方：说是酒店，其实是一座巨大的公寓楼里面分包出一部分外租住宿。前台在7楼，没有单独存放行李的地方，入住时想要一间高楼层阳面的房间，前台员工一口咬定没有，让我不能接受的是我预定了豪华双人间，前台员工企图用明显小一号的房型替换我的预定，还不承认。入住了四天三夜，没有换过一次床单被罩，客房服务来打扫房间也只是拖一下地把垃圾收走，最最可怕的是每天至少要自己踩死10只左右的蟑螂，请想象出门玩一天回来一开门发现地板上有活物嗤嗤爬过的感觉。房费预付了也不能换酒店

性价比很高，就在钟鼓楼附近，下楼左手边步行3分钟就到回民街，去哪儿都很方便。就是说的地下2层直接到地铁，可地下2层是车库，怎么绕过去也不知道，没敢走。房间里有wifi，很快。窗子不敢开，总闻到楼下垃圾堆的味道。毕竟价格在这儿了，也别要求能有星级的配套和服务。总体还行。

房间很惊喜，大.。装修让人感觉很温暖，很舒服。最惊喜的是晚上可以看到神秘的城市夜景。钟楼都可以看到哦。地理位置很好，回民街太近了。钟楼 西大街什么的都很近。地铁好像也在这又站口。就这些啦。

地理位置不错，环境也很好，洗澡的热水器不太好用，早晨睡觉的时候有装修的吵杂声不能睡懒觉，不好找服务员有事不方便。

Other than its location we really do not have a good review to offer to other travellers looking for hotel accommodation in Xian. No housekeeping other than clearing the bins, replacing the toiletries and changing your towels (on personal request) that are so worn out. No floor towel for the bathroom which will be wet after a shower because its awkard layout, shower, toilet bowl and sink in a row. The wooden flooring of the room is sticky and dirty and we could find thick dust under the skirting of the beds. The kitchen floor is just as dirty! ||||A triple room was booked and paid for three people but the basic facilities for three people such as drinking cups, complimentary bottles of dinking water, body towels and face towels could not be fulfilled without us having to make a daily request to complete the number of three occupants. They are really thrifty in their basic supplies including toilet rolls, daily supply of a roll that is half the normal size in our country.||||Security is another issue as the hotel is situated above a big shopping mall and everyone has access to the lifts. We were told that there are seven hotels in this complex. On the 7th floor where the lobby is located there are three different hotels. The lobby of the hotel is a unit in the apartment that is converted for that purpose. It is not beffitting a hotel; it is just like the office of a management company maintaining the premise. ||||Give this place a total skip if you do not speak and read Chinese as the front office staff do not speak English and even the instructions for the heating system are in Chinese. In addition they do not accept any credit card other than Union Pay. What a hassle!

除了地理位置之外，我们实在找不到任何值得推荐给其他在西安寻找酒店的旅客的地方。除了清理垃圾桶、更换洗漱用品和更换毛巾（需自行提出要求）之外，酒店没有其他客房服务，而且毛巾也破旧不堪。浴室没有地巾，淋浴后地面总是湿漉漉的，因为浴室的布局很别扭，淋浴、马桶和洗手池并排而立。房间的木地板黏糊糊的，而且很脏，床裙下面还积了厚厚的灰尘。厨房的地板也一样脏！||||我们预订的是三人间，也支付了三人的费用，但是像水杯、免费瓶装饮用水、浴巾和面巾等基本用品却无法满足三人的需求，我们每天都需要提出要求才能凑齐三人入住所需的数量。他们对基本用品的供应也非常吝啬，包括卫生纸，每天只提供一卷，而且只有我们国家标准卫生纸的一半大小。||||安全也是一个问题，因为酒店位于一个大型购物中心的楼上，所有人都可以乘坐电梯。我们被告知这个小区里有七家酒店。七楼大堂所在的楼层实际上有三家不同的酒店。其中一家酒店的大堂是由公寓里的一个单元改造而成的，完全不像酒店，更像是物业管理公司的办公室。如果您不会说中文也不会读中文，那就千万别来这里，因为前台工作人员不会说英语，就连暖气系统的使用说明都是中文的。此外，他们只接受银联卡。真是太麻烦了！

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel with my family. We'd moved here from another hotel where we spent a comfortable and enjoyable 4 nights so there were certain expectations of our 2nd hotel I guess.||On the positive side:|1. The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the Muslim quarters and bell / drum tower. Finding food cannot be easier.|2. The triple room we stayed in was a good size and consists of a double and single bed.|3. We had a good city view and of the clock tower.||The hotel failed to impress on various counts:|1. There was a urine stench in our room throughout our entire stay. |2. The towels provided were grubby and some were torn. Definitely time to replace them.|3. Even though there were 3 of us in the room, only 2 bottles of complimentary water, 1 tiny toilet roll and 1 set of toiletries were provided each time. It was tiring to have to keep requesting for more.|4. We were able to enter the building easily through a back entrance that faced a construction site. This made me question the security of the building although we faced no problems at all during our stay.|5. There was a loud drilling noise at 11.30pm coming from above on one of the nights we stayed.||What you need to be aware of is, the hotel reception is on the 7th floor (there is a reception on the ground floor main entrance but it belongs to another hotel). And there are many other hotels operating in the same building. The arrangement is a little strange but perhaps not unusual in China, I don't know. ||I doubt taxi drivers would know where this hotel is if you just gave its name. Tell them instead that it is between the New World Departmental Store (xin shi jie) and hospital and opposite the fire station. We had a bit of difficulty finding the place initially but once we found it, it became very easy and convenient.||

我和家人在这家酒店住了三晚。之前我们住在另一家酒店，住了四晚，感觉舒适愉快，所以对第二家酒店也有一些期待。||优点：|1. 酒店地理位置优越，靠近穆斯林区和钟楼/鼓楼，吃饭非常方便。|2. 我们住的三人间大小合适，配有一张双人床和一张单人床。|3. 房间视野开阔，可以看到城市景观和钟楼。||这家酒店在很多方面都令人失望：|1. 整个入住期间，房间里都弥漫着尿骚味。|2. 提供的毛巾很脏，有些还破了，肯定需要更换。|3. 虽然房间里有三个人，但每次只提供两瓶免费水、一小卷卫生纸和一套洗漱用品。我们不得不反复索要，非常麻烦。|4.我们很轻松地从面向建筑工地的后门进入了大楼。这让我对大楼的安全性产生了一些疑问，尽管我们在入住期间并没有遇到任何问题。|5. 在我们入住的其中一晚，晚上11点30分左右，楼上传来很大的钻孔声。||需要注意的是，酒店前台位于7楼（一楼主入口处也有一个前台，但那是另一家酒店的）。而且同一栋楼里还有很多其他酒店。这种布局有点奇怪，但也许在中国并不罕见，我也不确定。||如果你只告诉出租车司机酒店的名字，他们可能不知道在哪里。最好告诉他们酒店在新世界百货和医院之间，消防站对面。我们一开始找酒店有点费劲，但找到之后就非常方便了。||
