西安赛瑞喜来登大酒店

Absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room.To our disappoin**ent, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed.The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits.Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm a**osphere throughout our stay.We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Sheraton! 😀

員工服務好，有禮，主動幫忙。位置好，2分鐘到地鐵口，四站到鐘樓。有地鐵到酒店需由14線在西安站北轉2線到龍首原B出口。早餐豐富。四圍有大商場和小賣店。唯一不足是房的淋浴花洒头週邊有漏水，未能享用。

酒店位置絕對方便，正正於地鐵出口上方，面有大型商場。我訂了行政套房，仨人共住，要加床一張，酒店都盡力配合，前台及房務的都很有效率安排。行政酒廊也有很好的服務，餐飲也很好，但如果有些無糖飲料（如梳打水，無糖汽水）就更好。

We liked that we were near the subway; however, the white towels and the room looked old and gray. The room service food selection was very limited. English was minimally spoken by the very kind staff. We would not stay here again or recommend

Room was a 2 bed apartment, very large and on the 30th floor. However rooms could do with either a larger fridge or at the very least another small one. When temps are in the mid 30’s there is a need for cold drinks and water.|No writing materials or tourist info in the room|Room service , service good ,food so so.|Would I stay again Yes

这次入住西安賽瑞喜來登整体体验很好，位置优越，房间很大，床也很舒适，虽然酒店有些岁月，但保养得唔错，服务也好，尤其係我俩第一天到達酒店，人生路不熟，刚好碰到酒店的小董姐姐，向她问路，她很有耐心，很詳细地给我俩指引，往后我俩去景点她也很詳细为我俩規划路线，使我俩的出遊更顺畅，玩得更开心，所以酒店整体给我俩留下好印象，下次來西安会再次λ住

非常满意，服務非常週到，訂房時电话告知要加床，總机万小姐很贴心的幫忙安排備註，辦理入住時前台美女還幫忙升等更大的房型，讓我父母有更大的空间可以好好休息。兩老都很開心，非常感谢。飯店的地理位置很好，附近就有商場，餐廳，去大明宫遗址更近只要走路15分就到了，很方便早餐種類很豐盛，還有西安特色小吃也吃的到，味道都不错。不論是門口禮賓或房務人員或工作人员，都很熱情也很有禮貌，有任何問題都馬上處理，不愧是一流的五星饭店，以後還會再來入住的。
