天宇菲甭德大酒店

Arrived to find a very glamorous and impressive foyer. Our room was clean, spacious,modern for china but as all through china they are a bit stingy with toiletries including toilet rolls. Had an enjoyable dinner and buffet breakfast with a good variety of eastern and western food. Hotel was not located in town but not an issue to us as we were too tired to do anything other than eat and sleep. Would recommend this accommodation for its modern facilities. Good for visiting the Terracotta warriors. As previously suggested bring some extra tea bags or coffee you prefer from home. (If you find this review helpful please tick the box tks )

Very well appointed hotel with all the high class features one would expect. Sizable rooms, well laid out bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of options. Beds were comfortable but quite firm. If you are on a tour the mini bar is locked up and you have no access to it. No shopping or stores nearby.||But - the room was 25C and would not cool down. They promised it would be fixed by the next day and it was- for a couple of hours. Based on that I cannot recommend this property.

A beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely. Unfortunately due to unseasonable hot spring day the rooms became very hot....approx 30 degrees. The air conditioning was set on heat and we couldn’t drop the temp at all, every room was set to heat!!! This meant that the room was very very hot. The hotel staff blamed the gov’t, the temperature, the aircon needed cleaning etc etc but would not turn the cooling on. The hotel tried to make amends with buckets of ice and fruit platters which was appreciated but didn’t solve the problem. Perhaps 2 is a harsh score, but as paying customers it was hard to understand how the foyer can be really cold and the rooms really hot, the reasons it couldn’t be fixed didn’t make sense, I suspect cost saving?..not sure much you can do to change the policy... but just be prepared for a very hot room.||All other aspects of the hotel were top cla

This is a lovely hotel. The room had a lovely view, it was very large, you can see into the bath room from the bed room as there is a large glass panel. There is a blind which comes down. There is a separate shower, the bathroom was really lovely. The breakfast buffet is very large and extensive, allow sufficient time for breakfast! Public areas very grand

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Wendy Wu tour , it was the best by far and the standard we expected throughout . We had room service the first night with a bottle of wine and an ice bucket from the bar ! Pure luxury after the last few days ! The room was nicely furnished and bed comfy. Lovely big bathroom with glass screen with pull down blind. The air conditioning could have been better. Staff friendly and always had a smile ( again rare in China ) would have liked to have stayed longer

We arrived with a Wendy Wu Tour in Xian with temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius in March 2018.||||The foyer of the hotel was a beautiful temp. The room temp was 29 degrees C and on heat!||||I went to reception after trying to lower the temp and adjust it to cool. I was told an engineer would look at the air con while I was out to dinner. Upon returning to the hotel the temp was the same 29deg C heat.||||Once again I went down stairs to reception and was told the engineer said everything was ok and a fan would be brought to my room and to open the window! Really????||I might add that I was not the only one with this problem. 6 out of the 14 in our group were in the same situation. We wanted to sleep in the foyer where it was cool!||||We had a 2 night stay and were told the next day that the situation would be rectified. Again it wasn't. We were then told the Government wouldn't allow cool air in March...wt? ||||We were offered bags of ice and at 10pm a fruit platter was deivered to my door.. Only problem....we departed the hotel the next morning at 8am for Beijing. I'm not ungrateful for the efforts made but cool air downstairs for the employees was available but hot air for paying guests makes no sense to me.||||The hotel is lovely, but sleeping was not easy when it was cooler outside. The fan I received was on a timer and the longest time allowed was 4 hours. Our tour guide was upset he was unable to help. The manager of the hotel was really no help at all.||||Would I go back to Fields Hotel....no. After a full day sightseeing on a hot day, I looked forward to a nice cool room and I didn't get that at all unfortunately.

2018年3月，我们随Wendy Wu Tour抵达西安，气温约为30摄氏度。||||酒店门厅的温度很美。房间温度为 29 摄氏度，而且很热！||||在尝试降低温度并将其调节至凉爽后，我去了接待处。有人告诉我，当我出去吃晚饭时，工程师会检查空调。回到酒店后，温度还是一样的 29 摄氏度。||||我再次下楼到接待处，被告知工程师说一切都很好，并将风扇带到我的房间并打开窗户！真的吗？？？？||我可以补充一点，我不是唯一一个有这个问题的人。我们组14人中有6人遇到同样的情况。 我们想在凉爽的门厅睡觉！||||我们住了 2 晚，第二天被告知情况将得到纠正。又不是。然后我们被告知政府不允许三月份有冷空气……wt？ ||||我们得到了几袋冰块，晚上 10 点，水果拼盘送到了我家门口。唯一的问题是……我们第二天早上 8 点离开酒店前往北京。我并不是忘恩负义，但楼下的员工可以享受凉爽的空气，但付费客人的热空气对我来说毫无意义。||||酒店很可爱，但当外面凉爽时，睡觉并不容易。我收到的风扇是有计时器的，允许的最长时间是 4 小时。我们的导游很沮丧他无法提供帮助。酒店经理真的一点帮助都没有。||||我会回到菲尔兹酒店吗……不。在炎热的一天游览一整天后，我期待着一间凉爽的房间，但遗憾的是我根本没有得到。

Excellent value for money if compared to European hotels. Very glamorous entry. Language was a bit of a problem. The staff was excellent, and great breakfasts are served. Internet, as with other hotels I have stayed in China is a non-event which makes life for business people difficult.

Its a very nice hotel in xian. Modern construction with spacious rooms. Reception staff is helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel location is a bit disadvantage, as it is located far from the city center. With traffic rush, it can take more than 40 mins to reach city center. Even restaurents etc are at quite a distance. Hotel is almost 1.2 hours drive from airport. So its neither close to airport nor to city center. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and cosy.

这是西安一家非常好的酒店。现代建筑和宽敞的房间。接待人员乐于助人且高效。房间很干净而且维护得很好。酒店位置有点缺点，离市中心较远。由于交通繁忙，到达市中心可能需要 40 多分钟。甚至餐馆等也有很远的距离。酒店距机场约1.2小时车程。所以它既不靠近机场也不靠近市中心。 除此之外，这家酒店很好而且很舒适。
