Номера просторные, чистые, с очень комфортными кроватями. Расположение отличное — прямо рядом со станцией метро. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Особенно хочу отметить сотрудника фронт-деска Nolan — он оперативно помог с переходником для розетки и угостил напитками в лобби-баре. Небольшие замечания: шумоизоляция могла бы быть лучше и хотелось бы больше розеток у кровати. В остальном всё понравилось, рекомендую!

房间宽敞、干净，床也很舒服。地理位置绝佳——就在地铁站旁边。早餐美味又丰富。 我特别想表扬一下前台的诺兰——他很快就帮我找到了转换插头，还邀请我去大堂酒吧喝点东西。 一些小建议：隔音效果可以更好一些，床边的插座也可以再多一些。除此之外，一切都很棒，我强烈推荐！

I had a fantastic stay at EVEN Hotel Xi'an High-Tech Zone. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-balanced and energizing — just like the EVEN brand promises. The signature bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced, the room was spacious and spotless, and the wellness touches like gym were a nice bonus. The location in the High-Tech Zone made getting around very convenient. Special recognition goes to Nolan at the front desk. As a foreigner, I was completely unable to use the Chinese food delivery apps. Nolan went above and beyond: he personally helped me order my meals and even gifted me a complimentary drink. His warm, helpful, and buddy-like attitude turned a potential hassle into a pleasant experience. To make my next stay even better, I’d suggest adding more authentic Chinese healthy breakfast options and perhaps a small spa or indoor pool for extra relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you Nolan and the team — I will definitely return!

The pros: staffs are friendly, location is right next to a subway station, quiet location(although the indoor AC fan noise defeats the purpose of quietness of the location), the room is spacious, free onsite laundry room, spacious gym, almost immediate hot water. The cons: the AC does not work, temperature control is fake. Turning on the AC just turns on a super loud fan that does not even cool the room. Bought the concern up with the staff and changed a room, but the room they gave me was smaller than the previous room I was in, and it was only 1 degree cooler than the previous room. The new room provided on the 35th floor toilet bowl does not flush properly half of the time. The toilet on the 37th floor works ok. The laundry detergent provided does not clean well. Does not recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a cool room. Terrible sleep quality due to the temperature issue.

优点：员工友善，位置就在地铁站旁边，环境安静（虽然室内空调风扇噪音很大，破坏了安静的氛围），房间宽敞，酒店内设有免费洗衣房，健身房很大，热水供应几乎是即时的。 缺点：空调坏了，温度控制形同虚设。打开空调后，风扇噪音极大，但房间却根本不凉快。我向工作人员反映了这个问题，他们给我换了房间，但新房间比之前的房间小，温度也只比之前的房间低1度。新房间在35楼，马桶经常冲不干净。37楼的马桶倒是没问题。酒店提供的洗衣液清洁力很差。 不推荐任何需要凉爽房间的人入住这家酒店。由于温度问题，睡眠质量极差。
