UrCove by Hyatt Xian HiTech Park

We ended up here by mistake. We had booked the other UrCove closer to the City Wall but this location came up in our Didi app and this is where our taxi took us. Had no idea there were multiple locations (tip: check the address!). After our exhaustion from the flight, we decided to just suck it up and rebook at this location. The rooms are huge! The hotel is immaculate and stylish and comfortable. The free laundry service is a huge bonus. Honestly we loved it. The only minor minus is that's it's further from the major sites, but a 20 min taxi ride to the South Gate of the City Wall is super cheap - about $4. And there is nothing within walking distance as far as shopping or other sites, but it's in a complex with tons of very good restaurants so we ate so well. We are an American family who went to Xi'an solely to see the Terra Cotta Warriors without a tour group and were surprised at the lack of English-speakers at the hotel (literally not a single person spoke English). But we realized that they don't need to even in the hospitality industry since most tourism is by Chinese citizens. I mention this only so it doesn't deter you. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, and we got on fine with the translation app. The general manager Annie was so helpful and never lost patience with us. Thank you to the staff!

我们误打误撞地来到了这里。我们之前预订了另一家靠近城墙的UrCove酒店，但滴滴出行App上出现了这个位置，于是出租车就把我们带到了这里。我们完全不知道这里还有多个位置（小贴士：一定要查看地址！）。飞机上筋疲力尽之后，我们决定忍耐一下，重新预订了这家酒店。 房间很大！酒店干净整洁，时尚舒适。免费洗衣服务是一大亮点。说实话，我们很喜欢这里。 唯一的小缺点是离主要景点有点远，不过打车20分钟到城墙南门超级便宜——大约4美元。虽然步行范围内没有购物或其他景点，但酒店所在的综合楼里有很多很棒的餐厅，所以我们吃得非常饱。 我们是一家美国家庭，来西安就是为了看兵马俑，没有跟团，结果酒店里竟然没有一个会说英语的人，这让我们很惊讶（真的没有一个人会说英语）。但我们意识到，即使是酒店业，他们也不需要这么做，因为大多数游客都是中国公民。我提到这一点只是为了不让你感到畏惧。工作人员竭尽全力地为我们服务，我们用翻译应用程序也相处得很好。总经理安妮非常乐于助人，对我们非常耐心。感谢工作人员！

Életem legjobb szállodai élménye. Egy szobát foglaltunk két egyszemélyes ággyal. Későn érkeztünk és más jobb típusú, kettő duplaágyas szobát kaptunk. A személyzet nagyszerű és segjtőkész. A szobák nagy méretűek, minde igyényt kielégítőek. Itt biztosan nem fogsz csalódni. A központi résztől távolabb esik, de egy rövid taxiúttal elérhető mibden (a taxi olcsó). Ha valaha újra Xianban járok, biztosan itt foglalok újra.

我一生中最好的酒店体验。 我们预订了一间有两张单人床的房间。我们到得很晚，得到了一个更好的房间，有两张双人床。工作人员很棒而且乐于助人。 房间面积很大，可以满足所有需求。这里绝对不会令您失望。 距离市中心较远，但打车只需很短的时间即可到达（出租车很便宜）。 如果我再次访问西安，我一定会再次预订这里。
