This hotel sells itself as a 4 star establishment, however it is just a very average budget hotel. Initial check it was reasonably good, the guy who checked us in was polite and spoke english. He even helped with directions to get to central street in the evening. ||||The location of the hotel is great, very close to central street, sun island and the tiger park. The room was clean and provided the basics that you would expect from any Chinese hotel such as slippers, tea, two bottles of water and some body wash in the shower. Our air conditioning was set to 25degrees and we couldnt figure out how to turn it down. ||||Breakfast was your normal Chinese breakfast, it wasnt anything special. However the coffee was so insanely hot! I burnt my fingers due to the mugs not having handles. ||||Check out was ok, we did our best to speak Chinese and they did their best to speak english, they gave us directions back to sun island. Id stay here again due to the location being so great, and the price being reasonable, but ill skip breakfast next time!

This hotel was like most hotels in its price range. The room was warm and there was a shower without a bath which was a bonus. You did not have to climb in and out! The breakfast was nothing special but there was no coffee, and this put a real damper on the morning. The staff who checked us in late at night were not that friendly and I would rate our experience with any of them as average to unfriendly. The location was fairly central to the attractions. Friends traveling with us had to change rooms twice before they found one with the number of beds we booked and heating that worked.

The room we got was excellent, despite having lower expectations after reading some of the reviews on here. We booked a deluxe queen room for 5 nights over the CNY period, and on arrival, found we had been given a free upgrade to an executive suite ... that's always a BIG plus iny book !!||Suite was roomy, tastefully decorated, very warm with reverse-cycle air-con.||The hotel restaurant turns outca small variety of tasty food, including a number of dongbei specialties. Fairly expensive by harnin standards, but hotel restaurants generally are.||Tip: The bottled water provided in the rooms are charged at 30RMB per bottle!! There is a small gift shop in the lobby, opposite the elevators, that also stocks a variety of drinks, noodles, and snacks. Bottled water here is MUCH cheaper at only 3RMB per bottle!! Be aware though that the gift shop can't accept overseas credit cards.||There is a bank with atm located conveniently next to the hotl, but is directly accessible only during business hours. ||The location of this hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping cemtres are a variety of smaller stores. A bit further back from tourist attractions near the bridge, but taxis are readily available.

The hotel is very near with Railway Station, which can take you to Xuexiang (Snow village). The price is not bad, compare to another hotel nearby. The staffs are nice, if you can talk in Chinese. Check in and check out is fast. The room is so comfy. There's heater too in the room, it works properly. The wifi is good too. Overall it is a very good stay.

酒店离火车站很近，可以乘车去雪乡。与附近的其他酒店相比，价格还不错。工作人员很好，如果你会说中文的话。入住和退房都很快。房间很舒服。房间里也有暖气，工作正常。无线网络也很好。总的来说，这是一次非常好的住宿体验。

Harbin is probably China's ugliest city. I stayed at the Post Hotel for two nights. The cavernous entry foyer is not inviting. The staff speak no English but try hard to help. The room and particularly the bathroom are basic and tasteless in decoration. Cleanliness is fair but not sparkling. Breakfast is a grim affair provided in a former store room in the basement.||Half the ground floor is occupied by a post office but here is no currency exchange. There is no bar. This is not a wonderful place to stay.

哈尔滨可能是中国最丑的城市。 我在邮政酒店住了两晚。 宽敞的入口门厅并不吸引人。 工作人员不会说英语，但会尽力提供帮助。 房间，尤其是浴室的装饰很简单，没有品味。清洁度还可以，但不是很闪亮。 早餐是在地下室的一个前储藏室里提供的，早餐很糟糕。||底层的一半被邮局占据，但这里没有货币兑换处。 没有酒吧。 这不是一个美好的住宿地点。

酒店总体还不错，但是感觉北方的酒店设施不是很好，显得很旧了，从外观上面看起来就比较旧的，水也不是很好，当时住在那里5天，但是有3天都洗不到澡，因为我们是南方人，所以不是很习惯，卫生间感觉也是改造过的，以前可能是有浴缸的，改造的没改好，还有浴缸的痕迹。酒店的地理位置不大好，旁边太拥挤了，离火车站很近，来回十块钱的车程，打车很方便。酒店的餐饮做的比较一般，因为毕竟是南方人，吃起来不是很习惯。

Ok, this hotel is just average, I did have a nice sleep here, the heating was a bit loud at night, I was hardly in this hotel though, I just dropped my bags off and went straight out, the staff did there best to help they even booked us a taxi ready to take us to the airport, even though we couldn't understand each other due to language barrier, but they did what ever they could, even gave us a map for 10 Rmb of the city to explore :) it's all in chinese though but if you just point to where you want to go the taxi will take you there. breakfast was just like any other breakfast in Asia, not all that good to be honest, coffee was like dish water, and the food wasn't all that great. ||This hotel was in perfect location, not far from all the tourist places, |There is only one place you want to go when you visit harbin, ice and snow world? |Amazing place. So beautiful to look at all the ice sculptures, |The snow and ice world isn't far in a taxi, about ten mins, ten mins away from Sofia church and the Tigers is about 15mins away, all worth while to see. I didn't get to see the white sculptures as I didn't have much time. But all the rest was great, we paid 100!rmb. And about 200 there and back to the Tigers. Tourists be aware, taxi drivers take you to a tourist shop to by yours tickets, they then put you on a tour group bus to the ice and snow world; not many taxis are allowed there. if you do it this way, remember the tickets you have to swap for another ticket , so don't just line up in the entrance like we did because they will turn you away and take you to the ticket place. A waste of time I know. But eventually we all got in, I would also advise please to go earlier, during the day is cheaper and before 4pm the tickets are only 1500rmb, get there for like 3pm after 4pm the tickets go up to 300 rmb. The slide always has a massive queue sometimes up to 2 hours waiting. |It's freezing during jan to feb the coldest months, so wrap up warm, I mean layers, I had ski wear and layers hat scarf and gloves, it gets down to -27 at the freezing times, lucky it was only -18 when I went. Freezing I couldn't feel my nose by the end of the night :) so wrap up. Taxi queue takes a while at night too. Unless you get a bus. There all there waiting at 9pm when the snow and ice world closes. ||So back to the hotel. |It's around the shops, food places, Burger King even some Starbucks somewhere. So location wise. Perfect. ||Make sure you go to the frozen lake :) ||All in all I give this hotel a 3 out of 5? It says 4 star but what is 4 star in China is a 2 star back in the UK. |

好吧，这家酒店很一般，我在这里睡得很好，晚上暖气有点吵，不过我几乎没住过这家酒店，我只是放下行李就直接出去了，工作人员尽力了他们甚至帮我们订了一辆出租车准备送我们去机场，尽管我们由于语言障碍彼此无法理解，但他们还是尽力了，甚至给了我们一张10元的城市地图供我们探索:) 虽然都是中文的，但如果你只是指出你想去的地方，出租车就会带你去那里。早餐就像亚洲的其他早餐一样，说实话不是那么好，咖啡就像洗碗水，食物也不是那么好。 ||这家酒店位置绝佳，离各个旅游景点都不远， |去哈尔滨冰雪大世界只有一个想去的地方？ |很棒的地方。 看着所有的冰雕真是太美了，|冰雪大世界打车也不远，十分钟左右，距离索非亚教堂十分钟，老虎队也就十五分钟左右，都值得一看。由于时间不多，所以没能看到白色的雕塑。但其余的一切都很棒，我们付了 100 元人民币。大约有 200 人在那里返回老虎队。游客请注意，出租车司机会带您到旅游商店购买门票，然后送您乘坐旅行团巴士前往冰雪大世界；那里不允许有很多出租车。如果你这样做，记住你必须换另一张票，所以不要像我们一样在入口处排队，因为他们会把你拒之门外并带你去售票处。我知道这是浪费时间。不过最后我们都进去了，我也建议大家早点去，白天比较便宜，下午四点前门票才1500元，下午三点左右到，下午四点后门票就涨到300元了。滑梯总是排着长队，有时要等两个小时。 |一月到二月是最冷的月份，所以要保暖，我的意思是穿几层衣服，我穿了滑雪服，穿了几层帽子、围巾和手套，在寒冷的时候气温会降到-27度，幸运的是，我穿的时候只有-18度去了。到了晚上，我已经感觉不到自己的鼻子了：）所以快点结束吧。 晚上出租车也需要排队一段时间。除非你坐公交车。晚上 9 点冰雪世界关闭时，所有人都在等待。 ||于是回到酒店。 |周围有商店、美食店、汉堡王，甚至还有一些星巴克。所以位置明智。完美的。 ||一定要去结冰的湖:) ||总而言之，我给这家酒店打 3 分（满分 5 分）？上面写着四星级，但在中国是四星级，在英国却是二星级。 |

头一次出差到哈尔滨，当地客户帮着预定的酒店。|名字好像是POST的音译。|我们住的是大床房，在7层，貌似是顶层。|听说是3星级酒店，但到了房间看了看，和大城市的同级别酒店还是有挺大差距的，内部设施显得比较陈旧，一些设备也不太好用。|但是服务人员态度还是挺赞的，有困难都会帮着尽力解决，有着东北人的热情。|另外，2层的餐厅看的还是挺豪华的，早餐也很好吃，比较地道。|还有一点，步行5分钟以内有个远东购物中心，B1层有个超市，售出商品都是保真的。所以建议有时间的话去逛一下！|我和同事酒买了好多红肠和蓝莓干，送亲友送同事都是不错的选择。
