Very good location near the mountain and ski resort. Nice relax area with three different hot tubs and sauna - my friend and I had the facilities all by ourselves for over an hour. Decent breakfast (though not much western food). Clean and rather big room with mountain view.||||Hotel arranged very friendly assistance by Mr Dong during our stay - pick-up at the railway station, transfer to and from the slopes (even if you could walk pretty easily), transport to restaurants and grocery store.||||Stayed for two nights (three skiing days) in early January 2015. Yabuli Ski Resort is actually well maintained, has very good slopes and not much people - and I am a quite experienced skier. One downside could be the price of lift tickets (really expensive) - but well worth the experience. Wouldn't stay more than a few days though - and wouldn't come for the powder...

位置非常好，靠近山区和滑雪胜地。不错的休闲区，有三个不同的热水浴缸和桑拿房——我和我的朋友独自使用这些设施一个多小时。早餐不错（虽然西餐不多）。干净、相当大的房间，可以看到山景。||||在我们住宿期间，酒店为我们安排了董先生非常友好的帮助——火车站接机、往返滑雪场的接送（即使您可以轻松步行）、交通去餐馆和杂货店。||||2015 年 1 月上旬在这里住了两晚（三个滑雪天）。亚布力滑雪场实际上维护得很好，雪坡很好，人也不多 - 而且我是一个很有经验的滑雪者。一个缺点可能是缆车票的价格（非常贵）——但非常值得体验。不过不会停留超过几天 - 并且不会来吃粉末......

I'm not 100% that this is the right hotel, the Chinese was something like the broadcasting hotel (owned by the provincial ministry of communications apparently). The property was beautiful and new but the service - yikes! ||||We asked about the KTV (in-building) and were quoted a price in thousands of RMB. Apparently the KTV rooms are quite large (for larger groups) but really, the hotel was empty! ||||The staff the elevator one day to only go to the third floor because a VIP was staying there. We didn't want to carry our stuff upstairs (to the second floor) after a day of skiing so made them turn it back to normal. They were expecting a VIP one day so they yelled at the driver who dropped us off to move quickly (we only took a minute and there was literally nobody around with a decent sized parking drop-off). ||||When we went to the swimming pool, they had a steep fee for the pool and hot tubs that they only let us know after I swam (quite annoying, especially as there was nobody there and 3 people on duty so they gave us a personal tour). They had a really nice set of hot tubs with different lounge chairs, different temperatures, etc. but only in the men's change-rooms. Phone calls to managers ensued and we ended up getting a free fruit plate room-serviced to us (whoopee).||||The food service and prices were OK and we didn't get a package with their ski 'hill' included. The path over to the other skill hill had steps that had not been cleared so we walked along the highway (not far, 100m or so) to the large ski resort. ||||The rooms were nice, in fact the hotel was beautiful and new, the service though was just not good. If they sell this place to Hilton, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, if they keep running it themselves, I'd never go back.

我不是 100% 认为这是正确的酒店，中国人有点像广播酒店（显然属于省交通部）。 这家酒店很漂亮而且很新，但是服务——哎呀！ ||||我们询问了KTV（楼内），报价几千元。 显然，KTV 房间相当大（适合较大的团体），但实际上，酒店是空的！ ||||工作人员有一天电梯只到三楼，因为有一位贵宾住在那里。 经过一天的滑雪后，我们不想把东西搬到楼上（二楼），所以让他们恢复正常。 有一天他们在等一位贵宾，所以他们对送我们下车的司机大喊大叫，要求他快速移动（我们只花了一分钟，周围几乎没有人有一个像样的停车下车处）。 ||||当我们去游泳池时，他们对游泳池和热水浴缸收取了高昂的费用，他们只在我游完泳后才让我们知道（这很烦人，特别是因为那里没有人，而且有 3 个人值班，所以他们给了我们是个人旅游）。他们有一套非常好的热水浴缸，配有不同的躺椅、不同的温度等，但仅限于男士更衣室。 随后给经理打电话，我们最终得到了客房服务的免费果盘（哎哟）。||||食品服务和价格都还可以，但我们没有得到包含滑雪“山”的套餐。 通往另一个技能山的路有台阶没有清理，所以我们沿着高速公路（不远，100m左右）走到大型滑雪场。 ||||房间很好，事实上酒店很漂亮而且很新，只是服务不太好。 如果他们把这个地方卖给希尔顿，我会立刻再呆在那里，如果他们继续自己经营，我永远不会回去。

在亚布力应该是仅次于club med的第二奢华之选，当然，这个奢华于一线城市的高星级酒店不能同日而语，但对于建在山中的滑雪度假村来说已然不错了。餐厅，超市，健身房，游泳池，Spa……连电影院都有，不愧是广电旗下的酒店。尤其说一说Spa洗浴中心：对于住店客人免费！里面按摩池好几个，桑拿淋浴全都有，休息大厅可以看电视节目，是滑雪后身体恢复的好去处。酒店本身可以做到ski in ski out，只是酒店自带的滑雪场有点不过瘾，照他们总经理的说法明年会把酒店的雪道和亚布力B区雪道联通，这样会极大的提高住店客人滑雪的便利性。现在从酒店向下走5分种可达新体委滑雪场，酒店也提供去往阳光(新濠)滑雪场的免费接驳班车，在交通便利性方面做了很多努力，值得肯定。

还好吧，虽然也是五星级的但是比星海差一点。设施都不错。印象最深的是服务很好，服务员很热情很专业效率还挺高的。还有个优势是有个滑雪场，是我国最大的滑雪场。地理位置还很好的，全国最大的滑雪场在那。房间里的卫生不错，就是房间设施比较中庸，没什么特点。餐饮一般，比较普通，没什么大的特点。

同价位的酒店来说，他们家的服务和环境是非常满意的，在零九年才开始投入使用，里面的设施都很新很干净，我应该是他们第一批入住的人。房间的卫生间和其他地方的卫生都很好，但是看着他地板上的地毯我就不舒服，因为地毯比较容易滋生细菌什么的，表面看着干净。在他们家入住主要是图好玩，可以滑雪什么的，从火车站到酒店还有专门的工作人员接送，吃的东西也都还行，每天还有变化的种类，没有太特色的东西，觉得烤肉还行。

Situated in the renown Yabuli area, home to loads of snow, ski runs, and ski resorts/hotel. Visited in winter, when i expected it to be really busy, but to my surprise, it was relatively quiet, apart from a couple of tour groups, and obviously skiers. The hotel itself, is not the most modern, but it was warm. Room cleanliness was acceptable, but there are signs of it being a bit tired. the neighbors we had, were a large extended family, that has zero consideration for the comfort of other guests, and proceeded to make an obnoxious amount of noise, late into the night. Despite bringing it up to the front desk, the noise pollution continued, which further marred the stay. In terms of facilities, there is a massage service, a ktv (that was very quiet and all dark), a pool table and small gym area (that was also dark and not very well maintained). The nearby ski runs, are more targeted at those newer to the sport, and definitely won't be on par with competition standards. Overall, not the most exciting, nor the best place to stay.

位于著名的亚布力地区，这里有大量的雪、滑雪道和滑雪度假村/酒店。冬天来的，当时我以为这里会很忙，但令我惊讶的是，除了几个旅行团和明显的滑雪者之外，这里相对安静。 酒店本身不是最现代的，但很温暖。房间清洁度还可以，但有迹象表明有点旧了。我们的邻居是一个大家庭，他们对其他客人的舒适度零考虑，并在深夜发出令人讨厌的噪音。尽管向前台反映，噪音污染仍然存在，这进一步影响了住宿体验。 设施方面，有按摩服务、ktv（非常安静，全黑）、台球桌和小型健身区（也很黑，维护得不太好）。附近的滑雪道更针对那些刚接触这项运动的人，绝对达不到比赛标准。 总的来说，这不是最令人兴奋的地方，也不是最好的住宿地点。

位于滑雪旅游度假区，还好的，它的硬件不错，里面的饭还蛮好吃的，东北菜蛮地道的，而且比外面的还便宜。酒店的环境也不错，蛮好的，硬件设施蛮不错的，电视也可以，还可以滑雪，它有自己的雪道的。房间不错，看上去蛮气派的，大厅也不错，好像是一个准四星的吧，它是大运会的配套酒店，是滑雪胜地嘛，服务也蛮好的，过去滑雪很好，交通很方便啊，亚布力很小的，总共也没多大，就是一个雪场吧，包滑雪还有里面的洗澡啊桑拿之类的都是免费的，是通过艺龙网订房时加一百多块赠的都是。

外观设计的非常有特点，整个房子就像一个大波浪一样，然后全都是玻璃，看上去很漂亮。而且从房间里面还能看到大厅里面的绿植物，但是配备的设施就很简单了。而且晚上去吃饭的时候，餐厅里面的客人也不多，问服务人员这个菜是怎么做的，他们都答不上来，然后我们要冰镇的啤酒，他们竟然放到窗户外面去冰镇。更气人的就是我们本来要租车去哈尔滨机场，但是第一开始都商量好了，但是之后又说没有了，就是他们想做什么就做什么。服务人员的脸上也不面带微笑，就是拉着个脸，就好像我是她的怨人。
