My wife and I had stayed here before,and as previous time, everything was very nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. Sometimes one can get a bit transparent bathroom. The hotel might inform if the toothbrush is for extra fee. That's the only thing. But generally we would definitely stay in this hotel again!

我和我的妻子以前曾在这里住过，和上次一样，一切都非常好。房间干净、宽敞、舒适。有时人们可以得到一个有点透明的浴室。酒店可能会告知牙刷是否额外收费。这是唯一的事情。但总的来说我们肯定会再次入住这家酒店！

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My one star rating is in fact too generous. Front desk clerk is always sleeping. There is no communication available in English and front desk even plays dumb to Chinese translation. Linen and towels are old, smelly and torn. Bed linen is never changed or even freshened up for the entire duration of your stay. Some rooms like mine, are located right beside the elevator. Breakfast consists of very stale bread, old jams and dont even think about asking for coffee...one hot mess in a cup is what you will get. Huge drainage/plumbing issues...brushed off with comments like 'it's a China problem' Cleaners clearly have no respect for the Do not disturb sign translated in Chinese as well so no excuse there. The hotel will use any lame excuse to withhold your deposit. They can happily keep mine if it will help them learn how to value customers and invest in cleaner rooms and linen. I do not recommend this hotel under any travel circumstance. Such a pity as Harbin is a great city!

绝对糟糕的客户服务。我的一星评价实际上太慷慨了。前台服务员总是在睡觉。没有英文沟通，前台甚至对中文翻译装聋作哑。床单和毛巾又旧又臭又破。在您入住期间，床单永远不会更换，甚至不会重新整理。有些房间（比如我的房间）就位于电梯旁边。早餐包括非常不新鲜的面包、陈旧的果酱，甚至别想要咖啡……你会得到一杯热腾腾的东西。巨大的排水/管道问题...被诸如“这是中国问题”之类的评论所忽视。清洁工显然也不尊重翻译成中文的请勿打扰标志，所以没有任何借口。酒店将使用任何蹩脚的借口扣留您的押金。如果这能帮助他们学习如何重视客户并投资于更干净的房间和床单，他们可以很乐意保留我的。在任何旅行情况下我都不推荐这家酒店。可惜哈尔滨是一座伟大的城市！

Very comfy rooms, all necessary things like towels, shampoo,kettle etc.provided. TV and air-con working. Minibar is not overpriced. Friendly staff,good location! We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this place!

房间非常舒适，提供所有必要的东西，如毛巾、洗发水、水壶等。电视和空调工作。迷你吧的价格并不算过高。工作人员友善，位置好！我们真的很享受在这里的住宿并推荐这个地方！

Location is very convenient as it is about a 10 minute drive to ice sculpture festival. Also very close to train station. Quiet environment too
