Habsburg Hotel

Very comfortable and well equipped room. Construction of the metro is nearby but the work is only during the day and the windows are very good and keeping the noise out. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main pedestrian street tourist district with cafes and restaurants. Very convenient for the cable car to Sun Island.

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

Very impressed by the spacious rooms, overlooking the river. Am most impressed by the service. The staff always greets us with a friendly smile and go the extra mile to make guest feel welcomed. They prepared complementary dumpling for us as our stay was during Duan Wu Jie. Family friendly hotel. 亲子酒店。 breakfast is sumptuous 早餐点赞！security was friendly too. Top notch service. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. They have a laundry room with washer and dryer and the staff was so kind to help me put my clothes in the dryer when I was only 5mins late to collect (there wasn't any one waiting to use the washing machine). Really love their hospitality.

The Habsburg hotel in Harbin was an amazing experience from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The hotel has a European theme to it as soon as you walk in. The staff at the front desk are friendly always greeting you as you walk in and out. Most of the staff speak English and are accommodating to locals as well as foreigners. The room was immaculate and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the room was too hot and trying to adjust the temperature on the AC wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the windows opened the entire night. Other than that, on the first day of arrival they had complimentary snacks as well as vouchers to enjoy the full experience of a Russian high tea as well as a cocktail in the evening at the bar. This hotel met all the expectations and is an affordable hotel to stay at in Harbin. The location was perfect it was situated near the Songhua river cable car, Zhongyang street where you can enjoy local street food and near St Sophia cathedral. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the service was amazing the manager Jenny was welcoming, friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and served us well. Habsburg hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend staying at when visiting Harbin.

餐廳美食好食，自助早餐有東北特色菜品及一些西方餐廳的基本菜色。酒店交通方便，地理位置優越，可直接步行到紅磚街早市或打車到四周著名景點；而且酒店環境衛生，服務員態度十分友善，而房間設施亦都齊全，首次從香港到來有很好的體驗，下次有機會再來遊覧一定會再次入住。

I am very surprise with the service provided at this hotel and my experience here was really amazing. I can't describe it how good it was in this review feedback as there are too many compliment to this hotel so i am getting myself short to review it. I can only say my heart is telling me if i am coming back to Harbin again, this hotel will be the only want i will stay for and if there is a 10 stars rating, i will rate this hotel to the max of 10 stars. Really so enjoyable amd comfortable staying in this hotel and i am about to check out later this morning, so sad. Hee.....! Well done, Cheers!

江景餐廳的主管服務態度很好！她會給我詳細介紹酒店，旅遊景點。也幫忙拿主動給食物我。真的很開心 遇到這位優秀的酒店員工！ 食飯方面，也很不錯 很地道。酒店環境，地理位置優越。房間也升級到套房，也是非常感謝。體驗到哈爾賓人的熱情招待。下次也會在這酒店住！CP 值很高。

Great experience at this hotel. Staffs are always welcoming. Room is comfortable and has good ambience. Bathroom is nice. Shower pressure is strong. Breakfast has a great variety and quite tasty. Staffs in breakfast hall are very attentive, especially Ms. Air who has a very friendly personality and strong commi**ent. Location is good, walkable to various attractions and venues. Some very good restaurants are close-by. Morning market is not far from the hotel.
