天鹅湖SPA汽车旅馆

首先 ！ 这真的是最糟糕的！ 如果我只能评价一半的星星，或者我认为他们根本不应该得到星星.. 当我们到达这家汽车旅馆时，我们当然需要与接待员沟通，但工作人员感觉她不想接待访客，她回答我们问题和询问的方式非常不礼貌，她缺乏住宿信息和方向 。 当我们进入房间时，它看起来很脏，而且灯光真的很差，很暗。 房间看起来很旧，没有保持清洁，设备也又脏又坏，有些不能很好地工作。 他们的汽车旅馆对早餐的规定根本不公平，甚至连洗漱用品和浴室用品的分配都没有，工作人员甚至没有帮助，甚至只是叫出租车来接我们。他们甚至没有说谢谢你住在他们的汽车旅馆。 First of all ! It is really worst ! If i can rate just half of the stars or i think they more deserved NO STAR at all.. When we arrived in this motel, ofcourse we need to communicate to the receptionist, but the staff feels like she doesn't want to accommodate visitors, she really impolite the way she answers our questions and inquiry, she's lack of information and orientation of staying. when we enter the room, it looks so dirty and the lighting is really bad, it so dim. The room looks so old and didn't maintained cleanliness, the equipment also dirty and broken, Some are didn't working really well. Their motel rules for breakfast is not fair at all even the distribution of toiletries and bathroom stuffs , the personel is not helpful even just to call taxi to fetch us.. they don't even say thank you for staying in their Motel ..

來這裡住一晚～剛好有券可以使用 可以折150元 還附早餐 還可以 但為什麼車庫都沒有燈啊？超詭異的 馬桶水會一直流 熱水出水蠻快的，盥洗沐浴乳跟洗髮精 不是一包一包的 還不錯 早餐簡單 還不錯 可以現點一人一份喔！

Overall, the room was okay. It was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and plenty of hot water. The private garage parking was really nice. The staff was friendly. The security entrance was reassuring. The massage chair was interesting, but it didn't work very well as some parts were broken. The first night was okay, but the second night, some fumes came from the bathroom that were really smelly. The coffee cups were in the shape of hearts, which was cute, but they didn't hold much liquid. A normal cup would have been better. The two bigger issues were how dirty the floors were. Long hair was all over the place. I also found it strange that they didn't have a normal pillow or pillow case. Some cheap fixes and this place could be okay.

总的来说，房间还可以。房间很宽敞，有一个漂亮的浴室，配有按摩浴缸和充足的热水。私人车库停车真的很好。工作人员很友好。安全入口让人放心。按摩椅很有趣，但效果不太好，因为有些部件坏了。第一晚还好，但第二天晚上，浴室里飘出一些烟味，真的很臭。咖啡杯是心形的，很可爱，但是装的液体不多。如果是普通的杯子就更好了。两个更大的问题是地板有多脏。长头发到处都是。我还发现很奇怪他们没有普通的枕头或枕套。一些便宜的修复和这个地方可能还不错。

早上要走了，貨車熱個車有錯，既然我們還要被趕，我們是提早退房ㄋㄟ，你可以不用等ㄚ去停別的位子ㄚ，這個店的員工開貨車要停我們在停的位子，就這樣被說（還不快走）服務態度真差

房間裡有小髒螂，隔音超差，燈光昏暗 設計也很奇怪，按摩椅周圍都鏡子，鏡子還朝床 這樣的房間感覺根本不值3080
