I love the breakfast buffet here. the dumplings are freshly made by the staff and are full of ingredients. the watermelon is very sweet as it is the watermelon season. there is quite a selection of food and even coffee. the room is spacious and techy with panel controls from lighting to curtains. the bed is on the hard side, good for elderly but not good for side sleepers. the location of the hotel is convenient. you can go to popular tourist attractions by bus just outside the hotel, which saves you walking to the metro. the hotel staff are polite and helpful, especially the housekeeping. the housekeeper went the extra mile to serve guests. when i checked in, the air conditioning condensation pipe always floods the toilet as the water cannot properly drain via the drainage outlet. she went the extra mile to buy a hose to extend the condensation pipe till the drainage. nice. the kitchen staff also makes a point to greet guests when they enter the buffet area. good.
