Absolutely wonderful rv park. We rented one of their 5th wheel rentals and it was very clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. We had a few hiccups, but the front counter was always helpful and polite. The fitness room was great and my kids loved the pool table and air hockey. Will definitely stay here again if we come back this way.

Outstanding Experience with Carmen at Jetstream I had the privilege of staying at Jetstream for a year, and my experience was nothing short of amazing—largely thanks to Carmen. From day one, she went above and beyond to ensure every tenant felt cared for and valued. Carmen was always available—literally, you could contact her at any time, and she would respond promptly with a solution, advice, or just genuine support. What truly sets Carmen apart is how much heart she puts into her work. She approaches her role with a love for the tenants that’s rare to find. No issue was too big or too small for her to handle, and she consistently made sure the living experience at Jetstream was smooth and enjoyable. Her dedication and passion made my year here unforgettable, and I would highly recommend Jetstream to anyone looking for a place to call home—especially with Carmen leading the way. If you need Medical attention Jet Stream RV med Center is the place to be. Stayed for 3 months, it's in the hustle and busy area of everything. The only reason we left is because we wanted country living. Heated pool, pool table, kids play area, a good place to be if you like city living. Clean shower rooms and clubhouse. Carmen and Renee are your go to office gals, friendly staff. Great experience.

Noisy and Poorly Managed The resort looks nice, but constant noise—especially from pool parties—ruined the experience. On-site management did nothing to stop it, despite complaints. Guests looking for peace and quiet should stay elsewhere. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

My husband and I stayed there for well over a year. We were in multiple spots, both on the L row, and on the E row, backed up to the pond. We went through 2 property managers during our stay and 2 different management companies. I can't remember the original company's name but it was clear something- they are who managed it and the other Jetstreams when we moved in, then management company changed to Bluewater so they changed property managers as well. It all went down from there. When we first arrived, there was a monthly calendar that was presented to all of the residents when they arrived or if they were extended stay was sent to them via email the beginning of every month. That calendar contained all of the monthly activities that would be going on at the resort, sponsored by jetstream itself. Under prior management, we had monthly dances and food trucks, group guided meditation, game days, adult swims, movies on the projector - we had plenty to do every weekend so there was really no reason to leave the property, for my medical conditions this was PERFECT for us! Then the new management came in and all that went out the window!! Months with no calendar at all or a calendar with events that never happened! Fast forward less than 5 months after the new manager took over a lot of our long-term stay friends and staff up and moved parks even more left after Beryl. We live full time in our rig and have for a little over two years - this is our HOME. Another guest entered my HOME and would not leave, I have horrible PTSD so to say I lost my cool is an understatement. The property manager knew she had done this to previous residents and nothing had been done. She was allowed to stay at the park and continue living her best life with no consequence for walking ALL THE WAY INSIDE (UP THE 5TH WHEEL STAIRS AND INTO MY KITCHEN!!! I did not know this women, we were not friends or even acquaintances for that matter, her walking into my house was just a very small step below one of you.Random people reading this walking through my front door!!!!! If it had not been for Carmen (front desk) and Nathan (maintenance) my husband and I would have left substantially earlier but their amazing abilities and work ethic gave us hope that it would restore to the place we had originally moved, we tried to be patient. It was and is out of their control.

Staying at Jetstream at the MedCenter has been a great experience this year! The staff are always helpful and friendly. All the amenities that are available are perfect, the park is safe, and is always quiet. Great location close to the medical center for those working in the field 👍🏼

I've been staying at Jetstream for a while now, and i can trulyvattest that Jetstream has a friendly accommodationing staff. It is a well-kept and clean place to stay. I particularly like the fact that every RV pad has high-speed fiber internet service, good water pressure, and the on-site shower room is always clean and well stocked.
