NillOne night stay. Our class A 45ft. w/dingy pulled through into reserved horse-motel area. 50 amps and water. Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff. A fair price and a good stay. Good Sam discount applied . :)

NillLocated right off the highway, this park is wonderfully rustic and peaceful. You can hear highway noise, especially along the back row, but we did not find it intrusive. They have horse stables if you want to bring your horse to an event in the local area, and they are also super friendly to cyclists biking through who need a tent stop for the night. They have a tidy general store in the office with sodas, snacks, and some pantry items. Owner and the staff are kind and helpful. They have showers and laundry room available for guests. We will definitely be back.

NillGreat facilities for horses and campers. Large clean pens and stalls available. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean, well kept. The horse campers and area is separate from the RVs - both are really nice.

NillGreat easy to get to location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well kept park with nice clean horse pens. Staff filled water and cleans your pen for you. We used covered stalls with nice, safe pens. Parked trailer with hookups next to pens, could easily see horses. They have lights on the stall and pen area at night. Needed a place to overnight on short notice very accommodating Definitely will stay again when in the area. Highly highly recommend!

NillThese people are the some of the best that I have ever met. They took care of me, hosted me for thanksgiving, and helped ensure that I finally made it home to Texas. God bless!

NillWe found this RV Park because it was conveniently located near a family member who had unexpectedly become gravely ill. I can't give enough praise for the owner and staff who were incredibly compassionate, and yet efficiently met our needs. Our space was beautiful. It easily accommodated our 40' motorhome with 4 slides and included plenty of parking for our Jeep Gladiator. The location was perfect, the park was quiet (especially considering it is conveniently close to the interstate), well maintained, and the staff were as friendly as they possibly could be. Although a family emergency took us here, I would go out of my way to visit again!

NillThis was our 2nd time staying at Kiva. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit pricey for electricity hook ups only 49.00 per night (dumping and water fill up was included). We stayed out by the horse corrals and it worked out fine for us. We went riding OHV's to Magdalena which takes a full day. We were pleased with our stay and would stay again with no hook ups. We had dinner in Magdalena at Tumbleweeds and it was a great find. Thank you!

★★Awful, gravel, no grass, no pool, no picnic table. I don’t know where their pictures were taken, but it wasn’t from there. Road noise constantly. I wouldn’t ever stay here again, too many full timers with junk piled outside. Not impressed At all, especially for 80.00 a night.
