The lots were all a good size and they were very accommodating by getting me in at the last minute. Great customer service and really good price. It is a senior park so im not sure if kids are allowed but I will definitely use them again when I am down that way.

The Owner is very nice and she has alot of history to share about this area (Deming) It’s very clean, and I LOVE the “rock art work!” It’s very ARTISTIC!!! Lots of “yard art” and the scenic view is beautiful (mountains). It has clean laundry facility, indoor POOL. The location is very close to the I-10 so, you would be able to hear it AND the train. “They have a wall (barrier)

No frills here. It's a gravel park, level and clean. Well located utilities with good 50 amp electric. Always very friendly folks in the office. Kind of noisy with busy train tracks nearby. Note: 1 night was $48, cash or check only

Excellent RV park. Helpful host. Clean park. Very close to Luna Rossa Winery. If passing this way in the future, we'll definitely return.

Small park on west side of Deming. All gravel, FHU, sites are very level. Small clubhouse with laundry, indoor pool, restrooms and showers, some exercise equipment. Good for overnight or short stay. Staff was super friendly.

OMG... I've stayed in my share of RV Resorts in my life... but this Senior RV resort is by far the best RV resort I've ever stayed in. The park is Immaculate, the staff are very polite, courteous, very friendly. We were traveling from California to Texas, and I was exhausted and tired from the drive. I saw their sign and decided to stop in and stay for the night. I couldn't believe how beautiful this place was in the middle of New Mexico. You can tell the person or persons that set this place up knew exactly what they were doing. Because the detail of the whole layout was outstanding. With the indoor pool and the laundry facilities extremely clean, I couldn't find one thing wrong with this senior RV resort. The entire grounds are very well maintained with lots of history and art pieces throughout the resort. We will definitely be back.

We were so looking forward to our one night in Deming, New Mexico as my grand parents had a winter home here. They lived in Minnesota and would visit us in California (on their way to or from Deming) every year when I was a child 50 year ago. What was going to be a very special evening of reminiscing turned sour very quickly.||I had called Friday Sept 20, 2024 about 9am to see if they would allow non seniors to camp one night as we would be arriving late and leaving early. The gentleman said they didn't have an age restriction for overnight campers. The seniors restriction was only for their residents. I asked if they had a lot of open sites and what the procedure was if we arrived late, and how would we pay. He said "just pull in to any open site and we'll catch up with you in the morning." I asked how much and he said $25. Note that their google listing says their office closes at 7pm. We arrived about 9:30 pm and proceeded to do as instructed. We located a site and got positioned. We were extremely impressed with the place what little we could see in the dark. The ground was perfectly level so we started lowering our stabilizer jacks when an elderly gentleman approached. I greeted him thinking he was the gentleman I spoke with on the phone. He said to me "why didn't you wait for me?" I said I'm sorry I just assumed the office would be closed and since you told me this morning to just pull in to any open site, that's what we did. He said I can't remember everyone I talk to. I giggled thinking he was kidding around. Still assuming I was talking to the same gentleman as on the phone in the morning who said theyd catch up with us in the morning for payment, I said "Since you're here though, I'd like to pay you now since we plan to leave early in the morning." He asked if we were all seniors which surprised me since on the phone, I was told no age restriction. I said no, 2 of us are, the other two are about 30. He said "so no children?" I said no. He then told me it would be $50. Surprised I |did say "this morning you told me it was $25." I didn't have a problem with the price, I was just surprised. My immediate thought was that maybe it's $25 for the first 2 people and extra for more. To my surprise again, he said "well there's an rv park up the road", and he started to walk away. I kind of laughed thinking he was kidding because at this point I'm still thinking it was the gentleman I spoke with on the phone as he was friendly and funny. He said something like no I'm not kidding. The price is $50. Pay that or be on your way. I said I have no problem with $50. I was just surprised since it's not what you said this morning. He said, "that was probably my son." It was late and I really didn't have a problem with the price. I thought $25 was ridiculously low. It was his attitude. I was offended and felt disrespected, but as I said, we were very tired and just wanted a few hours sleep before getting back on the road. So I made peace with the gentleman and he sort of apologized for the misunderstanding. What we thought was going to be a friendly experience was very much not. I "finally" realized the gentlemen was not teasing and was in fact irritated that we didn't stop at the gate and claimed to not be the person I spoke with 12 hours earlier. He was very rude and I will never stay here again even though it is clearly well maintained and a very cool place with great amenities. I was going to leave a 1 star review because the confrontation was so ridiculous, but the place was actually very nice and the person on the phone initially was quite nice, but no way I can justify any more that a 2 because of the rude gentleman that checked us in.
