NillBecause of family reasons we had to cancel our trip. They changed us over $200 to cancel. What a money grab! We RV on a regular basis and will never book with them again.

NillRoad Runner RV Resort is fantastic! I’ve stayed here several times and love it every time. The strict rules might seem tough, but they really help keep the place nice and quiet, which is a huge plus. I can park my RV just 10 feet from the river, which makes for an awesome view and a relaxing stay. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a top-notch RV experience!

NillWe stayed here last weekend. Above all you can tell that the resort is taken care of. Everything was well maintained. They offer propane if it's in need. The only thing that I would add, is maybe an air compressor. We had a low tire and needed alittle air. But other than that is was great. We will be back.

NillThe Road Runner Resort is a top notch facility! The campground is beautiful and clean. It is very family friendly and close to all the activities and shops downtown. I can’t say enough about the staff! The trolley service was great, too! They are so friendly and ready to help with anything! My husband and I will definitely be back to Road Runner RV Resort. Hopefully, our family members will join us next time!

NillWhat I liked: The customer service is excellent. The 2 women behind the desk in the office were very pleasant and helpful. And the men checking campers in and working the gate (yes, it was gated!) were polite as well as great to talk to. There is a free trolley service that runs for about 8 hours each day; it's still available after hours though, for a fee. There are plenty of trees that provide shade, although some sites are better situated. There are 2 dog parks, with plenty of poop bag stations. What I didn't like so much: Price is my biggest issue. Not only are the sites fairly expensive - especially for New Mexico - there are a lot of add-on fees. We stayed at 1 of the tight spots this year, and the average cost, after fees and taxes, came out to $76/night. We are staying in the adult section next year, and the average cost is $106/night. Also, you have to put down 1/2 to reserve; and they want the remainder before you even arrive, although that is not required. Speaking of the sites, other than the adult section, the spaces are tight. And there is constant noise; there are a lot of people with side-by-sides that continuously enter/exit the park and cruise main street. Last, the speed limit is not enforced, especially when it comes to the employees, and the trash pickup. The garbage man created so much dust 1 morning that my eggs (we cook outside) were crunchy. Fina thoughts: Red River is set in a beautiful location, and the RV park is right on the edge of the (very small) town. There are steep mountains, with a ski resort, and Jeep and bike trails everywhere. The town is expensive and touristy, but still fun. The RV park is very well run and maintained. Obviously, I would stay here again.

NillWhat a wonderful campground! The river running through and all the trees were beautiful! The bathrooms, though we only used once, were clean and updated. Every staff person we encountered were friendly and helpful. We have already booked a spot for next year! We loved riding our bikes into town and our dogs enjoyed the dog park!

NillWhat a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were already talking about coming back before we even left! The staff is so friendly and even called to check on our location before we arrived. The check-in process was the best we’ve ever experienced and the location is perfect!! We enjoyed both morning and evening strolls around the park and met lots of friendly people. We will definitely be back!!

NillGreat location. Campers are packed in pretty tight, but I didn't find anything better. The river is nice if you get a spot next to it, and they do allow a fire in the supplied fire pits. It seems like the yard maintenance is almost non existent, we had to pull weeds to set at our firepit and the dog park is a joke. No entry fenced area, very minimal grass and a full size round trash can was over flowing with dog poo! No hiking trails from the campground, must go to town. Town is amazing!
