NillThis park is very quiet and spots have a perfect amount of space in between each and everyone is provided a little 'yard' area. There are grassy areas to take your dogs which is really nice and the washer/dryers are incredibly convenient that notify you on your phone when your laundry is ready. It is gated and in a great location, just far enough off the main road for the peace and quiet, but just a couple minutes drive to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

NillOur first time staying ant Sunsets ant Travis Doss and though the first day was not so enjoyable the rest of the month was great! The site accommodated our 35’ motorhome without having to store the car dolly elsewhere or under the front of it and lots of room for the car, too! The park has plenty of shade, roads are smooth in the park and it’s pretty quiet. Water pressure is good, sewer hookup is level and very accessible and fairly close together. Wired internet at the electric post was a great plus! Bring a router & least 25’ of ethernet cable. No doubt Darron is going to do great things here! Just a tip for newcomers: When on Hudson Bend Road going to the Doss location, go past the first Doss Road turn and turn left at the second Doss Road turn. The curves aren’t as sharp and it’s a slight right to get in the gate! We came in using the first turn and almost couldn’t make the turn into the park gate!

NillThe staff and owner were very responsive to my needs. A quiet, clean, safe park at Lake Travis on Doss Rd and within 20 miles of Austin city center. Enjoyed having the laundry on site, too!

NillThis little gem is perfect. Friendly management that has been here for over a decade. They treat their tenants like old friends returning home after a long trip. There is a wide range of trees, oak, cedar, pine, and birch. The smallest trees I have seen are six inches in diameter. My spot has an oak tree that is about five feet in diameter. When I wake up in the morning, I can hear birds and smell the lake. I have seen two baby deer walk down the drive foraging. They were a little started when a neighbor came out to walk a dog, but didn't bolt. If your looking for a return to nature to recharge your energies, I would highly recommend staying here for an extended stay. I have stayed in six different RV Parks in greater Austin, and have been to dozens. I have never seen an RV park with more Grass than asphalt and curb, or with trees older than fifty years.

NillThis is a very affordable RV Park. Jerry, the manager, is friendly and accommodating. There are no cement pads but the gravel is mostly level and even after a heavy rain there are few puddles. The people are friendly and we have had no problems with anyone. There is shopping available after a ten minute drive.I like it here very much.
