NillMy husband and I took a month long tour through Texas in March. We decided to stay at a NICE campground with a swimming pool and other GREAT amenities that we read in your profile. Driving in we encountered a rough neighborhood and almost turned around. I took pictures to prove this. We decided to continue due to being tired and needing to stop. Wow- wait a minute, NO SWIMING POOL. FORGET the amenities. What a disappointment. When going to our other campsites we ended up with half the price you charged and beautiful sites. When your campsite is DONE it is going to be a great place to stay minus the neighborhood by the gate. Until then you should not be charging your huge price. I consider this FALSE advertising and thinking about posting my pictures! Please feel free to contact my husband or I.

NillStayed over the winter. Pristinely clean and quick access to the freeways. Loved the dog park. The camp hosts were the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve had. All the amenities weren’t set up yet but still loved our stay

NillEveryone staying here is full time. We came just for one night. We pulled in at 6:00pm. Gate closed. They don’t answer there number. Our paid email confirmation had no gate code. And it was expensive, we paid $88! Fortunately a nice guy staying there gave us the code. We knew our site number but 1/2 the sites don’t have numbers and where visible unless you get out and walk up to the post. There’s no posted site map anywhere online. Also this is a very very low income area and as a single mom with kids I felt very unsafe here. Unless you’re desperate. Find another spot! Only positive is the concrete and turning radius were well done. They also had nice landscaping. They need to fire whoever is running the place.

NillBeware!!! The website advertises that they have a bath house, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! It is shameful that they charge such a high rate and don’t even deliver basic services. Shame on them! The concrete pads are nice. The facility is gated and secure. My issue is the false advertising and usurious price gauging for amenities that DONT EXIST!!!

NillThe park is a family friendly park with level concrete wide pads throughout. No more dealing with gravel or dirt being tracked into your rig. There are pull through pads as well. It has a great dog park with an obstacle course for your pet to exercise. I have seen dogs of all sizes utilizing the park. There is a large playground for the kids to play. The park is quiet and secure with a keypad front gate (code required, but remotes available upon request and deposit). There is a portable bathhouse/showers currently available. The park is clean and each slot has grass and trees planted. The location is perfect (North Austin) for all your Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown or Hutto events.

Nill(1)They kept my deposit of $150 because I didnt give them a 30 day notice of departure... (2) Its $1100 a month + electric for 30 amp service.. (3) The road into the park is horrible... (4) The laundry facility is the size of a closet & only 4 machines... (5) The park is bare & plain & backs up to a neighborhood I would define as sketchy...

NillMy brother's and I came to Austin to go to the MotoGP races at Circuit Of The Americas (April 12-14). This was the first RV park who answered their phone when I called (I called many). I'm glad that this is the business who answered first. I must say when I was driving through the neighborhood to get to the park I was having second thoughts. Pretty run down, but when I entered the park I was relieved. It's super nice with fresh sod laid down and trees planted in between all the spots. The road in is all new concrete as are all the spaces. The park wasn't packed to capacity. There were guests on either side of my spot. The park is clean. I didn't see any trash at all in the entire park. There are two dumpsters located there that are behind a wall. It was also clean there. There's a small playground if you have kid's and also a small fenced in pet area to play with your dog if you happen to bring them. It was quite the entire 5 day's that we stayed. I have zero complaints. I'm already looking forward to booking my stay for the 2024 MotoGP races at the Circuit Of The Americas.

NillGreat location for Austin visitors. Round Rock has a lot to visit. It was a very quiet park in Jan 2024. It will be nicer when our dog doesn't walk in the mud when they finish landscaping! Nice large concrete pads. I'm not a fan of the large stone bolders placed on the corners, there should be gravel only there. You can't see the stones when backing in a car let alone an RV. The entry road may look a little junky and it is but we experienced no issues. We will return.
