I've met some great people there. Some of the staff are wonderful. Great live music crafts bingo many things to do. Close to everything South Padre Island is just across the bridge. Pool and hot tub pickleball court. Always something going on.

Been here one day and already love it Office people are amazing. Workers are great, help you park the RV and set-up I've got my own private dock and fishing spot (checking crab traps when sun comes up) I'll be here at least 2 months. Absolutely love it.. and Tiggernado does too

Large RECREATIONAL VEHICAL parking facility with average level of competent service and management. They cater to longer-term residents but manage to accommodate some with parking for several days. Two pickle ball courts, large hot tub, heated pool and other amenities like boat launching ramps are available. Local rocket launches can fill them up.

It’s a relatively nice RV park with lots of amenities, its own boat ramp and docks, and some lots have deck area on the canal. It’s close enough to the island that you can enjoy restaurants and nightlife without the expense of staying on the island itself. It is also gated and gates remain closed except for passage of tenants so it’s safe and I’d assume relatively crime free. Downsides are most the lots are just gravel and grass and it’s a long idle with the boat to get out of the harbor ~15min. But you can rent a boat slip and have the boat in the water saving launch time so perhaps it offsets that. The park is very diligently managed to keep out those that are not wanted. We feel safe and every one is friendly.

This campground is the most cramped I have ever seen, if they could pile camper two high they would. The space between campers is minimal and not enough to put chairs if you have slides. The amenities are dated and the manager not that friendly. It doesn’t help that when we were there the weather was nasty, but really you could hear people talking from inside their trailer.

Gated RV community. Great place for retirees who want to escape the northern cold to come to. Bring you camper trailers or your RV's and enjoy Texas.

So far it's so nice people are friendly , the office staff were very helpful and so friendly, Met the Manage Willy very friendly fellow , they all seem to be very happy beautiful people so far I feel I made the right choice by coming here ,

Property Management is unprofessional, unfriendly, and uneducated. The manager was very agressive and disrespectful to me and my family and will be replaced. Your money, time and energy is better spent else-where. They are currently under and environmental investigation with respect to sewage and waste water usage (hydrogen sulfide).
