Hilton Anchorage

Great hotel. Close to everything and the staff is great. Shout out to JB and Fehoko for being so helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and clean. The coffee bar was delicious. The hotel could use a little updating but it’s nothing that interfered with my stay. The head of security was also great-he made some amazing food recommendations.

The security and bell team were especially attentive and helpful. JB provided helpful information and took my postcards to mail. Fehoko and Khari helped with our large amount of luggage and ski gear. The housekeeping staff were prompt and thorough. The front desk staff were polite and professional. Our room had a nice view of the mountains.

Visiting Anchorage for a retreat and had the wonderful experience of dining here at the Hilton. Ordered the blackened cod and sweet potato fries. It was absolutely amazing and I loved the tartar sauce. Service was great. Aja was wonderful. Very personable, attentive and an overall pleasure. Highly recommended!!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. I could hear snoring through the walls so thank you for the ear plugs. The shower water was very hot and then went cold quickly. Our mini fridge was actually a mini freezer. The interior control knob was broken so there was no way to adjust the refrigerator temperature. |I do not understand why there are no bathrooms for the second floor conference rooms. That needs to be addressed. |Your staff was attentive, welcoming, and very helpful. We really appreciated the help of Fehoko, and JB.

Our Family of 9 came for the 90th Fur Rondy Hilton Top of the World Party. Fireworks were amazing!!! | Emerson, gave us excellent service and hospitality, made sure we had an Adjoining King room with hide away bed & a double room connecting. Hilton is close to all the festivities. Highly recommended the party. & the Hilton.

Anniversary was amazing at the Hilton.|I read many reviews before I booked at the hotel. I am confused because what I read and what I experienced was the total opposite. Yes this Hilton is in the middle of renovation. However the amazing service made up for any inconvenience. The front desk smiled as we approached, and the restaurant staff was amazing. For as the prices at the restaurant, it was fair and the food I had was excellent. Emerson and the front desk staff was professional and upbeat. Ben and his restaurant staff was upbeat, smiled alot and wanted to serve you. For as location it is perfect for walking to many restaurants, train station and other activities. Thank you to everyone for making our 32 anniversary amazing. The Youngs

I read a lot of the reviews regarding the Hilton Anchorage and wanted to give my opinion. Melissa G at the front desk gave us a warm greeting and made sure we knew about all the amenities of the hotel. She even walked me outside to make sure I knew where to park our vehicle. Our room is perfect, clean, with a great view.

KD was excellent in terms of service, very responsive! The hotel is in a great location in Anchorage and had a good selection of food. Everyone was courteous and helpful that I interacted with. Nice rooms, great place to stay. I would stay here again.
