I read poor reviews and was nervous because I'm here for 10 days. The rooms are very clean. I took a flashlight and checked everywhere for bed bugs, stains, or dirt. It was clean and safe. I have not heard 1 sound in the hallway or from other rooms. The breakfast was very good. The food was hot and well prepared. It wasn't the prepackaged stuff you get at other places. I came in well after midnight and the shuttle driver picked me up at the airport and was so friendly. I've had my room cleaned every other day and I haven't needed to ask for anything. These beds are very comfortable. I never saw anything to warrant poor reviews and I'd stay again if I ever came back to Fairbanks.

This is your standard Hyatt Place, and I mean that in a positive way. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast basic but good, and staff was very pleasant. Location is great and fitness center was tiny, but had some of the essentials. The wifi was not working when I tried to connect, but I barely spent anytime at the hotel so never got a chance to report it to the front desk. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and would stay here again.

Very clean and tasteful modern decor. Noise, was a huge issue. I could hear conversations clearly from above and side rooms. Front desk didn't take my call to ask the guests above to kindly remember there is someone below them seriously. No room to change to. For guests staying for business, quiet and earlier than a 10pm quiet hour helps make a stay more positive, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Our family stayed the night before an early flight, and we were very happy with the hotel shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast hours make for an easy morning with young children, and they provide a quality selection. The pool was a little lacking, but overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is located near stores in walking distance. The employees are very friendly and polite. They helped with all our needs and if we had questions about excursion that we were participating, they helped. The room was very clean. They tried to clean our room each day, and left a note when they didn't clean as acknowledgement. The water came out hot right away when we took showers. The offer a free breakfast buffet and not just Danishes. The served breakfast from 6AM to 10AM. They made sure to refill anything that was running low. They offer Starbucks (small menu) orders as well. They have a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. It is closed Friday and Saturday. They have computers that you can use and a fire place you can sit at if it's cold outside. I would recommend this place to stay if you plan to stay in Fairbanks. We were very happy with our visit and stay here. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Fairbanks. The rooms were impressively spacious. Tiffany was incredibly helpful in accommodating our early check-in, which made a huge difference since we were just staying while waiting for our red-eye flight.||||As a World of Hyatt member, I appreciated the convenience of using points for this stay—it’s such a great perk! The only drawback was some noise from footsteps above our room. Next time, I would request the topmost floor to avoid this issue.||||Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this property for its value and service.

Rooms are OK, location is great. But very poor housekeeping. In my experience I reminded the lady roaming the floor, before leaving I reminded the front desk and still no housekeeping done. And when they do, they don’t refill the coffee pods, they don’t refill the shower gel pumps, and you have to remind them. This is my experience what’s yours?

Very comfortable, homey hotel. Room as well as common areas were very clean. The staff could not have been kinder and more accommodating. The front desk, especially Carol, are happy to help with transportation, information about activities, and restaurant recommendations. There are stores and restaurants walking distance but getting into downtown Fairbanks is easy enough. Breakfast is complimentary and warm with a nice variety.
