very nice host. i can see northern light just front door. so amazing place to stay. and super market just very close to the property. nice and reasonable price.

At first, I was hesitant but the check in/out process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen for everyone upon checking in. I highly recommended! The property manager also checked in when he observer a new guest, so it gave a really solid sense of security. He even checked in to make sure he introduces himself.

Thanks for the nice stay. I really liked full sized body wash and shampoo/conditioner bottles, after staying in a camper for 2 weeks. The only thing I would change or add is more rooms with just walk-in showers, no tub; and safety bars for people who need them. Thanks again. Also, very affordable.

I stayed here for almost 5 months while doing a work contract for the local hospital. I had a great stay and the location was incredibly convenient. I wasn’t able to get a car rental but Safeway is literally right across the street and it was easy to bike everywhere else. The room was clean, WiFi and shower were good, it has a kitchenette for cooking. The on-site property manager Albert and Merideth were super on top of everything and made me feel like family. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I've been staying here for the last, almost 2 months, and I have to say. It's a diamond in the rough. The building managers run a tight ship, if you need anything ask them and they jump on taking care of the issue right away weather it be something simple or complex. It's very simply a bed and a shower but Albert and Maryland make this place feel like home. I'll definitely be back because I've had nothing but good conversations and great interactions with the fellow residents and management.

Repurposed driver lodging it's actually pretty nice. You wouldn't go here as a regular person you'd have to work for the company.

Quick walk to Safeway across the street. Clean, basic room. Comfy bed. It's my new go-to when I'm staying in Fairbanks.

This is seasonal housing for coach drivers and Alaska RR staff. Whoever is running things cares nothing about those of us stuck here. You might get a clean room, you might not. The bathroom may be ignored completely so while we're dealing with covid, the last thing you want is a bathroom used by several previous guests and not cleaned at all. Disgusting.
