Best Western Country Lane Inn

Room was a little tight for 2 adults but worked well. Nicely appointed: frig, microwave, coffee machine, small table and 2 chairs, good lighting and bathroom. Good hot breakfast delivered promptly to our room. Also a nice continental breakfast. Wifi worked well and easily. We found the beds and pillows to be nicely comfortable. Hotel shuttle picked us up promptly and easily despite being given an incorrect address of the non-standard disembarkation dock by the cruise line. Shuttle to the airport at 3:45am (!!) was easy, fast and pleasant. Very friendly and effective staff. The environment is a bit noisy during the day (mostly helicopters) but gratefully quiet at night. About 0.2 miles to the airport, easy 0.7 mile walk to Safeway grocery store, a few steps to Valley Restaurant (no frills, locals, food was plentiful and good), a few more steps to Donna's Restaurant and a few others.

Convenient location, near the airport several places to eat and the little mall are all in walking distance. The hotel is older but very comfortable rooms and reasonably priced for Juneau. Most important for me is the offer a shuttle from the airport snd the ferry terminal. I stay here often.

Rooms are OK. Been in worse, but far from the best. Service was great, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room on top of a "cold" breakfast bar in the lobby. Location could be better, very close to the airport so you will get airport noise.

This is a very nice hotel, located within walking distance to the airport. (But it also has a shuttle). It was very clean and the people were nice. However, be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor and we really struggled getting our very large suitcase up the flight of stairs. There is no air conditioning and we were there on a fairly cool rainy summer night, but I think it could get warm. The room was basic and a bit dated, as expected, but had a good bed and shower, and a fridge and microwave. There is cute little locally owned diner right next door. We would stay here again as long as we had a 1st floor room, and knew it would be a cool evening.

This is cute, quaint hotel! The quality breakfast was delivered to our room on time, and there are some items available in the lobby at all times. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean!

I love this place. Nice and clean, with the friendliest most helpful staff you will find. They were very responsive to our needs. The shuttle service was great and is an awesome benefit to staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we can. To the owners, Thanks for picking great staff to work your front desk, they were all friendly and very helpful. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their job. The only complaint I have is that our bed was quite firm and feels like it might be time to replace it. Not horrible but not very plush, but that can be a personal preference as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff is very friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and cozy, and they bring you breakfast in your room in the morning! They have a choice between eggs and pancakes, I had the pancakes, they were delicious and packaged up in a cute little box with juice and condiments too. I had a room right at the top of the stairwell which can be noisy but they had earplugs on the nightstand just in case which was very much appreciated! I was surprised to hear the clerk say that they were booked pretty full, the hotel was so quiet and the way the rooms are entered from outside I hardly saw other people, they have a really nice setup. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave too in case you want to save leftovers. The have fruit and coffee in the lobby which was really nice for a quick snack. Oh, and the evening of my stay they brought out cookies in the lobby! I definitely would stay here again, this is by far the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in, they really went above and beyond.

Such a great stay. The lobby fireplace fire was cozy. The beds were just firm enough for sleep. Great location and the staff were personable. The breakfast was legit with cheesy eggs. Thank you for your cleanliness too. I will be recommending your place to all.
