Harbor 360 Hotel

Home away from home! The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was filling and delicious, and the staff were all wonderful to deal with. Even in the off-season, this place was truly incredible. It was amazing to watch the wildlife play in the harbor. Thank you for making us feel so welcome during our two week Christmas/New Years stay. We will definitely be back.

Two of us enjoyed three nights at this wonderful hotel in late September, 2024. This hotel is perfectly located right at the harbor’s edge, and is close to restaurants, gift shops, and departure points for harbor fjord tours.||The hotel has 3 floors, with room entrances off an interior hallway. The hotel staff are friendly, personable, and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well lit. We had amazing views of the picturesque harbor and the mountains beyond from our room’s balcony. The long bathroom counter with one sink provided plenty of room for personal toiletries.||The complimentary breakfast included three different fruit juices including POG, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage, several different breads & pastries including toaster waffles, a pancake making machine, coffee, tea, half & half, and flavored coffee creamers. However, the breakfast toaster waffles are a bit too sweet, and the pancake texture is rather glutenous. But that is the only downside I can identify for the hotel.||I highly recommend this hotel; it would be my first choice for accommodations in Seward.

Hotel on the waterfront in Seward. Nothing much going on here other than its a big cruise ship stopping point. Room very well equipped- very comfortable bed and pillows, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Lots of space, even a little balcony. Simple breakfast included. Marcus on the front desk was terrific - so helpful, friendly. Makes all the difference how you are received. Tiny pool with an even tinier hot tub but had it all to myself. All in all a nice little place with some 'interesting' characters in the other residents ;)

If you’re in Seward stay at the Harbor 360 hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a hotel in anchorage and if not for Brittany I would not have got my property back. I’m so grateful to Britany for her help. I would spend 2 or 3 days in Seward and not do the Denali reserve. There’s so much to do here. Get on a cruise and do the helicopter dog sledge ride. It’s so worth it.

Wow! What a great stay. From the moment we arrived until we left.... everything was great, especially the service. Marques and Shiloh went above and beyond - we were able to check in a bit early and put our bags away and walk through town. The room was great - We had a jacuzzi tub, the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good for buffet style - lots of selection and they kept our luggage aside after we checked out until we boarded the shuttle. Close to the train depot - just a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Harbor 360 in October with our little dog. We loved the location on the water. We had a spectacular view to wake up to. The location was super convenient for our boat tour and town. The breakfast was just what we needed and we can't rave more about the super friendly staff. We loved it and would recommend this hotel to any friends or family.

We booked this hotel along with a Major Marine Tours excursion. We had low to moderate expectations because it just seemed too convenient that the same folks who were running the tour happened to have a hotel right on the harbor, but I put my trust in all the positive TripAdvisor reviews. It turns out this hotel was great! The complimentary breakfast was very solid (some good protein options like quality yogurt and hard boiled eggs, good local coffee etc). The balcony view was lovely, the room itself was clean and comfortable and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Side note: our tour with Major Marine was also fantastic! Would come here again, no question.

My friend and I ended up switching from our disappointing Air BNB in Seward to the Harbor 360 and it was the best vacation pivot we made! The hotel was clean and beautiful, right on the water... The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I called the hotel at 7AM from our AirBNB in hopes they had something available and not only did they have a room available for us, they let us check in immediately and included breakfast for us that morning! It was wonderful and they really turned our Seward experience around. Absolutely worth every penny and will be staying here again if we are lucky enough to make our way to the beautiful state of AK again in the future.
