NillI would give this hotel five stars but I found the beds to be on the hard side. I also wish each room had a couch that could easily be turned into another bed. I did find that the TV’s were on the small side. I wish that there TV’s were bigger and newer. I do love that each room has a table included. Those tables make it easy for you to work or eat. All and all if you are looking for a good hotel to stay at for a few weeks or so I would recommend this hotel. There rooms are big and spacious and offer a lot of space for the family. Although they don’t have a pool for the kids to play in they do have businesses nearby that you can go and shop at.

★★★★Returned here for a one night stay. Not much changed in 6 years. Second floor room—all outside access and stairs—was mostly quiet. Very popular for tour bus groups and truckers. |Breakfast was basic and ample with charming hostess. On-site restaurant so-so but I was not feeling well and didn’t want to leave to eat.

★★★★Used this hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean and we felt safe here as well. The bathroom is a little small, but the room had plenty of space. Breakfast was in a building next door. Typical best western fare, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, muffins, coffee and juice. Attendant was super nice and engaging. Overall, good experience, but a bit pricey for what you get.

NillI wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms felt old. The carpet felt uncleaned. The bathroom was dark and dim. The tub was old and yellow. You would need to hold the toilet handle down for 3 seconds before it would flush. The eggs and sausage at the breakfast wasn’t good but the lady that worked at the breakfast was really nice. The staff were good to work with.

NillWas there to use the public laundry mat. They've had to resort to locking the bathrooms doors, you have to go to the front desk and leave your ID for a key. Pretty inconvenient when you're there to do laundry, front desk is quite a walk. Also, both of their large capacity machines are out of service as are some of the smaller ones. Still enough to get out laundry done but there definitely needs to be some repair and replacements.

NillThe room was spacious and clean. The table and chairs in the room could be replaced, they weren't too sturdy. Employee Henry was very helpful and had great customer service. The manager who we did not meet was fabulous in "making it work" by honoring our request to extend our stay. Breakfast was located in another building beside the hotel but was sufficient.

★★★★This was a nice place to stop overnight whilst driving through the Soldotna and Kenai area. We appreciated the free breakfast provided in the nearby restaurant, as we were travelling at a quieter time we were able to sit and enjoy it. Staff were friendly at check-in, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower. The bathroom could've been cleaner but in general, we were happy with the room and would stay here again.

NillRooms were very dated and way over priced, stains on the sheets, tv never worked most of the time there. we were near another room 218 that was no smoking and the guy was smoking pot with his door wide open at 0200 in the morning. Furniture falling apart, Beds were like sleeping on concrete, ice machine would not dispense any ice. Bulldoze it and start over. The hills in afganastan were more comfortable only thing missing was a fire fight expected allot more from a chain hotel.
