My stay at the Naswik Suites was absolutely delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly go that extra mile to ensure your comfort. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and the views are incredible! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valdez, you will not be disappointed!

When I arrived at about 1800 on Sunday. They were servicing the room. Pretty late in the day but I waited. That night, I couldn't get the temperature above 63° after setting the thermostat to 72°, long johns were worn. In the morning it was 64°. By the time I left Tuesday morning the room temperature was 68°. The place was very clean and nice. Weird that during construction, could they line up the stove and overhead cabinets.

The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious, modern, and comfortable. The views from the room were stunning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Whether visiting for business or leisure I definitely recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The chugach naswik hotel is the nicest I’ve seen in a long time in Alaska. The rooms are well supplied for short term or long term stays. The views are stupendous and the staff is amazing. I would say it’s the best place to stay in Valdez!

We were lucky enough to get a room at 3 o’clock in the morning and then we were getting moved to another room and then four days later housekeeping stole $1500.00 as well as a can of soda from the fridge from us out of my pocket and they weren’t even supposed to be in the room the general manager of the hoteldid not take care of the problem the way that I believe she should have place staff is lacking
