NillWe checked in today 3/7/25 for our anniversary getaway. We were greeted by a kind lady named Kristy and another lady was there by the name of Renee, who was not so friendly. Seemed as though our check-in was an inconvenience. Barely looked up to greet us or welcome us. This was our first time at Havasu Springs Resort. We got the keys to our room, which is a lake view room across the highway. As soon as we got out of our car, we were greeted by an overwhelming septic/sewer smell. We proceeded to walk into our room where we were greeted by a giant., I mean GIANT cockroach. Thank goodness we didn’t bring our belongings in. We immediately left; drove back down to the office and asked for another room. We were told that there were no other rooms besides an old outdated room above the restaurant. We politely declined. Renee was beyond rude, offering no help and no apology and she tossed a paper at us to sign for a refund and argued with us that the bug we saw was not a cockroach, but a water bug (picture for reference along with it’s poop) and saw no problem with this cockroach staying in our room with us. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were left to just sit in the parking lot to find an alternative for our anniversary weekend. Kristy should be fired for being so so rude and Renee deserves a raise for at least showing some compassion.

NillWife and I decided to stop for a nice lunch before driving back to chandler. Unfortunately, this experience was sub par, To say it nicely. The issue we had was the TERRIBLE service. Our server ignored us for a larger party (who had arrived AFTER us).. It was obvious enough that we were being overlooked. That, the bartender had to bring us our meals. (Thank her for that!) It's a shame that the service was so poor. And, us as paying customers were treated this way.

NillHavasu Springs RV Resort. What can I say? First off, I am not a fisherman and a large percentage of the occupants are here to fish. They eat, breathe and drink fishing. I simply wanted to stay warm, have power, water, sewer dump & laundry room. Let’s start with the winter rate. 600.00 a month. Electricity is metered and even though I have been here a month, I have yet to pay a fee. The laundry room which I used in the 400-area only had three working washers & two dryers. I noticed that the rinse cycle is very odd. The tub doesn’t fill up with water so you can add softeners. It only washes, drains while spinning, but it says it’s rinsing. Then it spins. I know for sure that a true rinse doesn’t happen. The recreation room is very dated but that is where you pick up mail & packages. Watch out for the park-Karen who will read you the riot act if you step in to get your mail with a dog on leash. The only time you see the camp host is if you happen to walk by their camp spot. They seemed nice but not visible in the park. The best part of being here was eating at the restaurant. The Carrot cake for two was the best Carrot cake I’ve ever had. I usually do not like Carrot Cake. There isn’t a dog park so walking your dog on leash is the only exercise they get. Sadly some people don’t respect the pick up poo rule. I have decided to leave because the park will be turning off the power for four days from Jan 7-Jan 11, 2025. There is a lot of room for improvements here but if you have a boat and want to fish, it seems to be ok for the fishing people.

★We had visited this so called resort for a wedding and was very disappointed in our room. This place is a dive and our room was terrible. The room was very out dated with mold in the shower a stamp size TV with wires hanging down the wall, no hot water for showers, and bed very uncomfortable. |I would not recommend staying in this motel|Only good thing was the wedding and reception was very nice.

NillWe are full-time RVers and discovered the RV Resort in 2013. We've been wintering here since 2016. Yes, people are drawn here to fish because it happens to be one of the most pristine spots on the lake, without all the recreational activity of LHC. It's located between the Bill Williams River National Wildlife Refuge and Parker Dam, so it is spectacularly beautiful and perfect for fishing, kayaking, any water sport, but there's also a beach, a pool, and pickleball courts. There are very few places on this end of the lake to stay or dine. The restaurant is very popular (and the new bathrooms are finished). For those negative reviews, I invite you to check it out for yourself! We will be spending our winters here as long as we can.

NillRestaurant is sorely lacking. No indoor restrooms due to construction, so your options are a port a John or the poorly maintained facilities shared by everyone using the boating area. Multiple dogs inside which were obviously there as pets, barking at us as soon as we entered with no one seeming to care. Waited 45 mins with our young kids for our food only to be told the order had never even been put in. We left. So disappointing, glad we didn’t spend money there.
