We spent two nights here to check out the area, including a visit to Mexico. The hotel’s location can’t be beat, it is just a few blocks from downtown and is on the riverwalk to either the prison museum or the state park. Nice big rooom with a view of the river, great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Sweet pool & hot tub. |We had checked in to one of the m/hotels outside of town, but bailed out when we realized we were surrounded by malls, light industrial, and freeways. The Hilton was similarly priced, but a big improvement!

Everything was great EXCEPT..... Every so often from when we arrived and THROUGHOUT the night there is a roaring noise and vibration throughout the room. Sufficient to wake me several times during the night. Our room was on the 4th floor. AND a charge of $5 appeared on my credit card that wasn't shown on my final receipt. After several attempts to find out what this charge was for it turns out to be for two bottles of water in the room. Where water is provided it's usually complementary, The hotel is next to the Colorado with a nice park and walk and the old State Prison, which we didn't have time to visit.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every area that I was in, including my room, was very clean. Because I was traveling alone, I wanted a place where I felt safe. This is a great place for that. |The fitness center has a nice variety of ways to stay fit. At a first glance, it looked small, but there were several ways to get in cardio in addition to various weights and tools for stretching. As a traveler, that was helpful. |I did not eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. They also have a nice selection of healthy grab and go food items. |If you are traveling to Yuma, I highly recommend this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hilton, having accumulated over 200 stays. The management team demonstrates a lack of courtesy and inadequate customer service skills. Notably, the same General Manager oversees the adjacent Home 2 property. I strongly advise prospective guests to explore alternative options, as the management team has exhibited dishonest behavior, failing to fulfill commitments. I am still awaiting reimbursement of $250, owed to me due to overcharging. Furthermore, I have requested a call from the owner, which has yet to occur. Unfortunately, this establishment has failed to meet expectations twice, first with a malfunctioning refrigerator that resulted in over $500 in losses, and subsequently, with management inquiring about my medications, a clear violation of privacy laws. I recommend exercising caution and considering other accommodations.

We have stayed here two years in a row for a family reunion. The location can’t be beat. The pool was warm(er) this year which enabled us to have some really fun swimming days. But the main thing that really made our stay amazing this year was that CAMILLE at the front desk was awesome. She would greet us by name and felt like a friend by the end. She worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of. One late morning I asked about coffee but it had already been put away, so she made me a special cup from her keurig. Little things like that really make such a difference.

Clean rooms and decent facilities, but they charge for every, little, thing-and it's a lot. For how much they charge to stay per night, breakfast at a minimum should be included. Instead it's over $20/plate for what equates to a standard (and free) continental breakfast at any other hotel. Even just cereal and fruit is about $12/bowl. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely not be staying here again and will likely re-evaluate any future stays at other Hiltons if they follow this same practice.

Decent room. Clean. Not far from Old Town Yuma. $5 drafts at happy hour (5-7pm) Breakfast services was $$$ ($13 for cold cereal, coffee & oatmeal.) Check the ice machines, some are pretty grody. Also room noise from other rooms was above average.

I've been staying a the Hilton Garden Inn in Yuma a few nights every year and they have never let me down. This hotel is probably one of the nicest in Yuma. Every amenity is great. I especially enjoy the full breakfast and pool facilities - it can get hot in Yuma! Their fitness center is will appointed and clean too!
