Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

Very clean room & bathroom. Concierge polite. Continental breakfast was good. Person in charge of this breakfast area, though self-serve, was friendly and asked if there was anything she could get us from the counter.

There's an unheated pool and a hot tub. There's also a fitness center. It has free parking and WiFi. The free breakfast is good with fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, waffles, 3 choices of cold cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, OJ, hot chocolate, coffee, tea and more. The room I stayed in had a King bed and was clean. It was clean6every day. There was a walk in shower. The staff was friendly. I'd stay again.

My oven wasn't heating properly, and I was worried about ruining dinner. The technician was friendly, efficient, and diagnosed the issue. They fixed the problem with the heating element and now my oven is working perfectly again. I highly recommend their services!

Great performance for value. Clean, neat, quiet, and decently kept hotel. Serves a wonderful breakfast and a good price to performance ratio. I’d stay here again.

Hotel allowed a large group to party in the hallway, yell and slam doors until 2am. The front desk did not answer the phone. When I called a second time they said they would send a security guard. How a security guard hadn't already been involved is highly questionable due to the noise. Finally the hotel called the Police. Why they let it get so far out of hand is anyone's guess. The next day front desk acted like they knew nothing about the event but then conceded they knew all about it. I requested a refund and the manager (who at first also played ignorant of the events-) said I couldn't have a refund bc I had stayed in the room. Where was I supposed to go at 2am? The hotel did not deliver a safe or decent stay and could care a less about that.

Best hotel in town, it’s not on the water, but if you’re in town for more that 2 days you want to stay here. Beds are very comfy and it’s very very very clean. Best big hotel in town.

We stayed here overnight while visiting friends in Valleio. The place looked fresh and near-new. The room amenities were very good. Our room was very clean and no odors. The bathroom was spotless, with a good supply of shampoo, contitioner, body wash and facial soap. We had a microwave, mini frige and Kuerig coffee maker. When we checked in Saturday afternoon, I was greeted by the desk clerk, who was a young lady with a welcoming personality. In morning, we enjoyed a very nice Sunday breakfast with big assortment of fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, potatoes, bacon/sauage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, coffee, tea & juices (and more). The breakfast room was attended by a friendly lady named Nohemi. She made sure the breakfast items were stocked and the place remained clean. We really enjoy a pleasant and fulfilling breakfast to start our travel day right.

We always stay here when we are in Benicia. Great breakfast, nice rooms. Great for the dogs also
