Decent rooms but a bit run down. Tarnished mirror in the bath, which is small enough that you can almost brush your feel in the sink while sitting on the toilet. No outlets at the night stand. Could be much better with just a little loving care.

Remembering that all of life is relative, this place was exceptional for the money. Pleasant lady at the front desk. The room was clean and the location was good for us. The towels were a bit lacking and the curtain wouldn't shut all the way because of the rod but, all in all, very good!

Rooms nothing special but clean enough. Ppl running it were good. Had vehicle problems so I was stranded in Calexico. I walked for 3 days.

First of all, you're four blocks from the US / Mexican border. How cool is that? You're also next door to the Mexican Consulate - you might find that handy.||||The room is clean but small. It does have a microwave stacked on the fridge and a coffee maker, but there is no table to do work at. You can somewhat use the low table and bring one of the chairs sitting outside, inside and make do.||||The air-conditioning took a WHILE to kick in and bring the room down to a comfortable temperature. In fact I was switched rooms twice because I thought the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I was there in March and it was unseasonably warm. Next, window curtains are thin and let a lot of ambient fluorescent light in for the room I had at the back. I did appreciate having a room at the back as i ride a motorcycle and it's nice that it's not immediately seen from the street.||||If I was you, I'd be inclined to shop around and compare the rooms of the two or three motels that are in the immediate vicinity but if you settle on this place, it's not a bad place to stay. You might consider booking in advance to get one of their larger rooms.

No frills spot to catch sleep. No more swimming pool. Picture from past isn't current and it has just a soda machine by the office. Was clean with comfortable beds and that's why i went. Reasonable price on MEMORIAL DAY weekend.

my family and I just stayed at this motel and we were very pleased. The whole area is clean, quite and we felt safe. The workers there were very respectful and kind. The price was un beatable and the ac was great. Had a comfortable night sleep. Next time in calexico we will be back here. Thank you Shawn and your lovely wife.

When I called the lady sounded sleepy,she didn't sounded happy to have are business, Room was clean Bathroom wasn't white towels were stain, no soap to wash are heands no shampoo 😒 😑 Toilet it was duty with duty stain we had a clean sink but the wood under the sink the drawers were sooo, duty even they had a dusty cloth in. bathroom floors wasn't clean the left corner under the wooden drawers I noticed they haven't cleaned forever dirt has been accumulated for years. That is not all we agave 5am by 11am they were nicking the door they whant us out right in the minute.
