Inn at Rose's Landing

Love this hotel! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and so comfy. There is a patio with a fire pit off our French doors. We sit out on the patio day and night. During the day we enjoy looking at Morro Rock and the marine life. At night we look up to the sky and count stars. The best part is there is a fun, with great food restaurant right downstairs! Talk about a no brainer! Heading back in the late spring.

My friend recommended this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. I checked in to an all white lobby that looked brand new. The front desk agent was a nice young lady who informed me that a free bottle of wine came with the room. I chose DAO and it was great. The rooms are fantastic, with super comfy beds. My room had a semi-private patio with a fire pit. I took dinner to go and sat on the patio. What I like most was that everything was all inclusive. I did not get there and have them tell me that parking was extra or internet was extra, yadda yadda yadda. I hate when hotels do that, and so I was pleasantly surprised when parking was free and easy and instead of charging me for extras they gave me extras: wine, chocolate, box, water. What a great Stay!!!!!!

We had an amazing experience here. Our room was 208 and we had our own semi-private balcony and fireplace. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival as well as a $20 VIP Gift Card to the wonderful restaurant Rose's Bar & Grill. The location was perfect; in the heart of the Embarcadero with easy parking and easy access to all of the fun stuff to do in Morro Bay. I would recommend this to couples for sure!

Awesome Little Hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke to live close by and so they had good knowledge of the area. Upon arrival, we had our choice of a complementary wine from many different choices. Then when we got in our room, we realize we had been given a $20 gift card to the restaurant. In addition there was a box of chocolates waiting for us… All this was included in fee So there was no extra charges for these cool items :)

Unfortunately I booked another hotel under the wrong date. I was referred to john, the hotel concierge. Not only was he able to get me a room, but he got me a room with an ocean view. Simply Amazing. I also received my free bottle of wine, which was great. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient. The food was really good and the drinks were made to perfection. Thanks for the hospitality, john.

Great boutique hotel at the Embarcadero of Morro Bay with an unbeatable view of Morro Rock that is incredible at sunset. Recommended in a romantic plan! |Front desk receptionist was very friendly and dedicated. Great amenities. We received a bottle of good wine as a gift when we arrived and a small box with sweets. We had water, coffee and tea in the room. Options for light breakfast and cookies in the afternoon, next to the reception. The room was extremely cozy and recently renovated with very good taste. The bathroom was beautiful and our bed incredibly comfortable. Good air conditioning. Additionally, we could access the heated terrace to take great pictures or sit for a while. The place has a popular restaurant that allows access to simple but delicious dishes at an additional cost. The parking was outside at no additional cost.

Let’s start with location. Excellent, checkin excellent. They gave us a choice of a bottle of wine to take to our room and a 20 dollar discount in their restaurant- lovely! Go to our room take one look at the bed and the down comforter has lumps that look like a ski resort. Sheets were not fit properly and cane off every night. The fan in bathroom would never turn off with no help from staff. And if you or your spouse walks in the bathroom in middle of the night these bright lights automatically turn on and keel you away. There is no room for your clothing except ones that can hang. Also, I must mention the sea lions barking all night. 2 sleepless expensive nights!

Super cute, bright, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location with fantastic views. Love the bottle of wine and chocolates. Wonderful person touch. Look forward to visiting again.
