Not the fanciest spot in the world, but you get good value for what you pay. Room was clean and decently nice. No breakfast is a bummer, but the on site restaurant was pretty good. They'll hold your bags even after you check out which was handy. Sophia at the front desk was amazing and super helpful!

Staff were very helpful, The room where I stayed at is very spacious & clean with a very reasonable price. Location is great. There’s a walkable liquor/convenience store & resto within the complex which makes everything so convenient whenever you need something or wanting to grab a bite.

Atwood hotel was a pleasant experience. From the day I stepped foot in the lobby to the time I checked out. The front desk employee were very interactive and professional. They had me checked in and on my way to my immediately. The housekeeping staff was helpful and professional. They paid attention to detail and had my room meticulously clean and fresh .

Positive: The parking is free and that is a plus. Check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. It was relatively quiet and I didn't see any sketchy characters hanging around. Negative: I could not get the wifi to work on my laptop. I was getting a strong signal, but was not able to sign on.

Beautiful hidden gem. Retro style hotel. The renovations are really nice. The rooms are huge. I love the decor. Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. They shared some of the previous pictures of what the hotel looked like before. It’s perfect! Close to transportation, airport and shopping..a few steps away from the liquor store too. Very convenient.

The room is spacious, clean, bed is comfortable, sheets are clean. The staff are nice especially Sofia, Annette and Andrea, they are very friendly and always smiling, ready to help. |I stay here for work and love it I have stayed here for several weeks now.

The rooms are very clean and well ventilated. Good customer service and friendly staff. The beds are very tall which is not ideal for elderly guests but very comfortable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. A great place to stay.

People at the front desk were very nice. When I booked the room I asked for the top floor and a quiet room, and I think they gave me the best option they had-top floor, in the back, further away from the noisy freeway. My room wasn't cleaned properly, though. There was a foamy mess from the soap on the bathroom sink, a toothpaste marks in the sink and someone's hair on the counter next to the sink. The bed mattress was bad. It was uneven (kind of tilted on one side, like when someone sleeps only there), and squeaky when I moved. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, like at all, even after having it run for a while, and the water in the shower was only warm. There were plenty of towels. but they all looked washed out and old. Even though they were clean, they didn't look white. I never got to use the pool since I was out for work all day, but honestly it didn't look that inviting. It's right next to the parking lot. Speaking of parking-there is a plenty. Guests were noisy and non considerate of others. After few days I saw a charge from Atwood Hotel on my card of $3.38. I called and asked what was the charge for since I haven't bought anything and I was told it was the use of a safe. I said I haven't used the safe and the money was refunded. Hidden fees? Shouldn't the use of safe be included in the room price? I wasn't told there will be a charge for safe and if I hadn't caught it, I'd be charged for it.
