NillThis place is getting a little run down. It's still a fairly clean property. But, you can tell they're going low-ball on the upkeep and air scent cartridges because of the low occupancy rates. The lobby smelled faintly of weed the scent cartridges are working hard to mask. I know it's Colorado, but clientele and employees should have a little more care than that! Just because we live in Colorado, not all of us like the smell of weed. Especially not indoors! The location, however, is hard to beat 👍

★★Positive: Nothing was good. Was actually sad for --- a night. At least rooms were clean. Mattress was at least comfortable Negative: Pool was frozen cold was supposed to be heated. Breakfast was just ok. Cereal and waffles no meat or eggs. For --- a night I expected much more than we got. Homeless peoples stuff in elevator stairwells. Glad I was only there to sleep. Torn bed spread.

NillI had a highly disappointing experience at Quality Inn. The cleanliness standards were appalling—my room was dirty upon arrival, with visible dust, hair in the bathroom, and stained sheets. It was clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job, which made the room feel unhygienic and unwelcoming. On top of that, the customer service was incredibly poor. Staff members were dismissive and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. I felt ignored and disrespected, which made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the hotel was not as advertised. The photos and descriptions online painted a completely different picture from what I encountered. The amenities were subpar, and several promised features were either unavailable or in poor condition. The most upsetting part of my stay was encountering what I believe to be discriminatory behavior from some of the staff. I was treated differently compared to other guests, and this left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they value cleanliness, respect, and accurate advertising. This hotel needs serious improvements in all areas before it can be considered a viable option for guests.

NillThis is a dying hotel. Almost like going into the past. Closed permanently dining bar and grill atmosphere which one of been nice to see in its hay day. Fitness center has three TVs hanging on the walls not one which operates, equipment broken and not updated, no water, paper towels or anything else you might expect to see in a fitness area. Places needs a serious over haul. Recommendations for accommodations seek else where.

NillGreat location walking distance to stuff. Several druggy and homeless people outside and hotel is run down!!!Rooms are disgusting fresh painted but like putting lipstick on a pig…. Hotel smells like smoke and weed. The workers and guest smoke right outside the front door but it blows all the smoke in and makes first floor smell like smoke… they are trying to make improvements but go so far to go! Close down or get it fixed

NillAll of the ladies at the front desk are insanely nice and welcoming! Jackie in particular was just wonderful, understanding and extremely helpful. Shes here basically everyday and works really hard. The staff in general (housekeeping, maintenance) are all fantastic. Ive seen a lot of negative reviews about the homeless but if you actually talk to them, they are also extremely kind people. One man helped me save a bird trapped in the hotel and i spoke to another lady outside and met her sweet dog. Thank you for all that you do!

NillMe and my wife have been coming here for years, unfortunately we've fallen on hard times but this was %100 our go to in Greeley. We stayed in the suite for almost 2 weeks a couple years ago one of the best experiences in years, whirlpool is amazing, bed is amazing and you can't hear the train from the suite, we've been staying in a double bed and it's nice. No complaints, we mostly keep to ourselves. Staff is pretty great too, Liliana has helped me out with things I've needed multiple times, all around staff, rooms, breakfast. All very nice👍

★★★★★Positive: The gal that checked us in Friday night Negative: The room was not clean. It had not been swept under the beds (a lot of hair and dust...gross), food was still in the freezer from someone else. So the housekeeper obviously did not do her or his job.
