Comfort Suites Loveland

We have stayed here several times and really enjoyed it. The rooms are great and clean. The kids love the pool area and slide. Breakfast is good. In previous stays they would close the doors to kitchen area in the evening but you were able to still sit at the tables, watch the TVs and gather to play games and such. With that in mind we brought our son’s entire hockey team. Sadly this time they had closed off the entire seating area leaving us no options to gather and hang out. We were told that if we stayed at the few couches in the lobby, no food or drink was allowed. Even the meeting rooms that we were told would be available, were only an option until 10pm and at an additional charge. So ultimately we were forced to cram into one of the rooms the families had. Certainly not ideal and a disappoint. If you are coming as a group, I would find somewhere else. Plenty of better options in the area.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Alma was wonderful. Friendly and efficient, she worked to get our group rooms close to one another. Rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub very inviting. Continental breakfast was delicious. Great location. Will definitely be coming back.

The room was pretty gross. We found another person's sock among just crumbs and miscellaneous pieces of trash throughout the room. Couch still had cushions off when we came in. The pool was fun for the kids but very obvious need of update and repairs. The staff was very kind with welcoming smiles.

SUPER friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in. Amazing outdoor hot tub and really fun and a clean pool with a great waterslide! We had a very roomy suite with microwave and roomy mini fridge. It was an excellent stay! I'd definitely stay here again.

Quiet. First floor room 107 had zero noise. Spotless rooms. Key pads were getting redone and they explained things great. Super comfortable rooms. I never sleep good in hotels but was very comfortable here. Will be back. Good food within walking.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to Alma at the front desk! When we arrived, there was an issue with our reservation due to a mix-up on the Booking.com app. Alma went above and beyond to make things right—she was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. She quickly resolved the problem and even upgraded our room, which completely turned our day around. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed. Alma is a true asset to the hotel, and we’re so grateful for her outstanding service!

Great hotel for a kid-friendly/family get away. Staff was great, room was clean, good location. Shopping and restaurants located within walking distance. Great pool set up with waterslide and toddler area. The only downside...if you're staying around the holidays, get down to breakfast early because it goes fast and the other guests are not very courteous.

After arriving and finding out that the hot tub was out of commission and hearing my disappointment, the receptionist offered to upgrade our room by giving us a room with a large soaker tub. I was excited about that but when we entered the room, it only had a shower. The receptionist then escorted us back to the desk and said she’d take us to a different room that has a soaker tub. She led us to the second room and left. She had to escort us because they were apparently having card key issues and we couldn’t get a key to the room just yet. After entering the room, we found NO soaker tub again. After telling the receptionist, I was told that they’d find a way to compensate for the error. I never heard back from the front desk. Later, the toilet would not flush and when we called the front desk, all we got was a busy signal. We tried for several minutes! Finally, my husband went to the front desk and couldn’t find anyone there to help him. He saw the receptionist vacuuming in a back room and called for her several times. After raising his voice substantially, she finally came to the desk where there was another couple waiting for help. She eventually made it to our room to plunge the toilet. We were already in bed at that point. Not a great experience for us and our children.
