NillWe spent 2 nights here in early June and found it to be clean, comfortable and quite roomy. Located on Wadsworth near hw285, this hotel has a Denny's, a gas station and great walking paths nearby. The staff was kind & friendly, and were very welcoming to our little dog. Here's a $50 a night fee for pets. This didn't seem too costly, as many hotels do not allow pets at all which is another perk of Comfort Suites! All areas including the breakfast dining space, our room, the swimming pool and small exercise room were immaculately clean and well maintained. Our room included two different TVs, a dorm sized refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, two sinks, and a decent size closet. The bathroom is very small but it's sufficient to do what you need to do. The shower was very relaxing and there was plenty of hot water. Another nice thing about our room was that there was a pull-out couch, with a semi-separate sleeping area which is why there were two televisions. If we ever stayed here with the grandkids, we could put them on the pull out sleeper, watching the Disney channel, while we watched something else. Still together in the same room, but enough room to breathe a bit. We highly recommend this hotel and the next time we travel to Denver will most likely stay here as we felt safe, and very comfortable!

NillIt was clean and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was in good working order. The chicken was very easy and the employees were nice. They provided me with all of the information I needed for my stay. The continental breakfast sufficed.

NillThe worst hotel we stayed in ever! I paid for 2 rooms cash also a $200 deposit and when I reserved the room it was for 3 adults and 2 kids in One room and 2 adults and 2 kids in 2nd room. We paid $600 for 2 nights and decided to stay a extra night and was charged another $326. When we checked out the extremely rude lady checked our rooms and than gave me my $200 deposit back. When I arrived home there was another charge on my bank card for 80.00 and I called and she said it was because she seen other adults in our room and has proof from the cameras in our room. What the hell were they looking in our room with a camera. Also they said there's free breakfast we ate toast and sausage for breakfast because that's all there was left at 8:30 in the morning and breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:30. The guy at the front desk the next morning was very kind, but the lady is rude. I explained to her when I made reservations over the phone I told her how many adults and how many children would be in the room and she said I never talked to anyone she literally lied. The room was left cleaner than when we arrived, the microwave and fridge were both dirty and the room had a bad odor and this was explained to the lady who doesn't care very much about her customers and is only out to make money. Me nor non of my other family members will be staying there again. Also don't think there is a hot tub like the picture shows because there isn't one. If you reserve a room I advise you to do it on a credit card that is a visa from a grocery store because they will add any charges they can for the extra money. She also told me she had to pay a 3rd party even though the room was booked through the hotel and that's why it was so expensive. If there were more people in the room than I put on the registry she wouldn't have given me my deposit back she committed fraud and charged my card without permission everything was paid in cash. Worst hotel in Denver for sure.

NillI was part of the group that commented with Laura Lovato. The owner is making false statements. When we walked out with our luggage she screamed at us about what room we were in then said “that is too many people” we have a copy of the paperwork that shows we had 8 people which is the total amount we had. They charged our card $80 without confirming and after checkout. We left the rooms in immaculate condition. This incident as we were checking out was the cherry on top of the worst hotel experience. The pictures lie, we specifically chose this hotel because the pictures of a hot tub, guess what? No hot tub. False advertisement. The woman at the front desk was unpleasant at every interaction. The rooms were humid and had a weird odor the second we walked in. To sum this up, if you are okay with false advertisement, terrible customer service, and overpaying for a mediocre at best hotel than this is your place!

NillFerry was great! My wife and I met our daughter for our visit to the Denver area. Ferry made sure we had anything we needed, always with a friendly smile. We had to extend our stay another night due to a snowstorm and everything was taken care of without a hitch. We will be booking here next time we are up from Arizona!!

NillFerry at the front desk is absolutely amazing! He definitely deserves a raise. He is always so friendly & greets everyone with a smile! He is always in a great mood & it is a pleasure to see such a friendly & helpful staff member! He made our stay here worth it! We had a complaint about the person above us. Just making noise/stomping all dy & night long. He had no consideration for the room below him (my room) Ferry actually came up to the room & stood outside our opened room door & could hear the man stomping around, back & forth, back & forth. The ended up having to remove the guest from the property. He was being rude to Ferry & inconsiderate to all other guest. Once again Ferry is absolutely amazing & made the stay a wonderful experience.

NillVery disappointed. I checked into the hotel on May 21 and stayed until today May 28,2025. I had a major surgery on the 22nd and requested a handicap room since I was not able to be mobile. On the 23rd, I went down for breakfast and when finished my husband and I met our son in the lobby since he was going to be caring for me that day. Immediately we were being harassed by the front desk lady asking how many people are staying in our room? Mind you this is at 9:45am so I would think it’s okay to have visitors. I responded it’s only my husband and I my son is helping since I just had surgery but confirmed it was only us two and left it as that. Come to find out My whole stay was completely chaos. There were multiple people in and out of the hotel doors, running up and down the stairs, I witnessed multiple drug deals, and I called the front desk to report a fight which I recorded from my window! I was in and out of sleep majority of the time and I was there for one purpose and that was to heal so I minded my own business. I ended back up in the hospital on May 27 due to an infection and was released early on the 28th. I got back to my room at 2ish this morning, took my medication and went to sleep. My husband took our son to an appointment this morning that was scheduled at 10 which was down the street and since I was heavy on narcotics he didn’t awake me . At 10:40 I awoke in a panic because he wasn’t back yet and I obviously know checkout is at 11am since I have stayed there previous times prior. At 11:03am I received a phone call from the front desk who was very rude asking if I was checking out or if I was going to extend my stay. I apologized told her I was getting dressed and was going to check out but I needed a late check out because I just had surgery and I can’t move that fast. She rudely said they do not give late check outs that I have 5 min and hung up. Excuse me I can’t move and more importantly I can’t lift anything. I contemplated on going downstairs to grab the cart with wheels but my husband called and said he will be there in 10 min. At 11:14 she called again and stated she did not want to extend my stay and that the police was called and hung up again. About 2 min later there was a knock on my door and as I was walking to open the door the door immediately swung open HITTING/PUSHING ME INTO THE WALL and she told me to leave that the police were called. At this time I snapped back and told her to call them so I can get some assistance to move my items downstairs. I’m so confused on how she is reacting and not realizing my situation even knowing I’m in a handicap room and she has seen me walking hunchback due to my pain. My husband came to the room at 11:18 and there was already a maid in the room removing the linen. That lady walked by again and I asked her where the police were because I want a police report and she said oh I called them and I requested her name and she said she does not need to give it to me. Ok, hands down me and my husband walk to the front office to wait for the police and I’m explaining to the gentlemen at the front and he is apologizing because he admitted they had a lot of crime activity and thought I WAS APART OF THAT GROUP!!! I asked him so I was being stereotyped and he said no he didn’t know of my situation. I felt I was being stereotyped and discriminated which I brought up to him. He apologized over and over. The ladies name is Bena from what I got? And to top it off she NEVER called the police!!!! Where is the empathy, communication, customer service? At minimum, where is my apology from her? Bena needs to be held accountable for her actions because if she was so easily to treat me the way she did who knows what other horrible things she has done to customers! Seeking attorney

NillGreat location on Wadsworth and 285, the room was very clean and comfortable, I had a small living room and standard things and modern furnishings. I never used the pool. I got a good week of RnR. The continental breakfast was well maintained too and by attractive staff!!
