Park Inn by Radisson, Lakewood

Easy on and off from the expressway. That's their best feature. The rooms themselves, not so great. Very plain, simple, and not well maintained. Mattresses not so comfortable. Walls are thin, and noise from outside and rooms above and beside is prominent. The bathroom was poorly supplied, and the faucets in the sink and shower barely worked. It was a quick stop to sleep the night, and it was cheap. Not recommended for anything but a quick sleep and check out.

I've stayed at many Hotels throughout the last 6 years . I've stayed at the Crowne plaza and I've stated American inn and a lot in between and I have to say by far the employees here are the most amazing people I've met at a hotel.. They don't judge. They treat everybody like a human being and that doesn't happen very often anymore in this world especially in Denver. Corri The general manager is absolutely phenomenal in my opinion I think she needs a raise.. This hotel has had lots of bad reviews in the past. I've stayed here many times and to be completely honest I'd rather stay here than anywhere else I've stayed I think just because of the way I'm treated.. Anywhere you Go in this lovely city of Denver and surrounding areas there's riff Raff, homelessness and crime. I don't care where you're at... Just a hard fact to swallow that's the way the world is anymore.. The rooms are clean. It's a safe place to sleep. They're shopping, food and parks all within walking distance.. I think this motel has improved 150% since the new ownership.. Corri, Norma, Robert, Crystal Shawn and housekeeping thank you for your amazing attitudes and your great personalities continue doing what you guys are doing because you're all amazing!

Positive: "" Negative: I did not even get out of my car. There were drug users passed out outside the hotel rooms. People were in the parking lot drinking. This area is full of homeless people. I was alone and felt very unsafe. This used to be a Motel 6.

Night relaxing stay it was for me. Can’t complain right off the highway plenty of stores within walking distance. Plenty of parking for even my OTR Expedited drivers . Semi trucks don’t take more than 2 spots and you’ll be good without an issue. Walmart and plenty of restaurants within walking distance or double space parking. Don’t let negative reviews stop You from not saving money or having a good nights rest. You won’t be disappointed.

I am not sure how anyone gave this 5 stars. I pulled up and was scared! There were drug users passed out on the steps and sidewalk. People just hanging out drinking in the parking lot. I was alone and would not even get out of my car. I asked for a refund and was denied. This place should not be on any hotel booking cites!

Positive: There is a lady that works in the mornings who was very sweet and friendly however, i believe the manager of the place is garbage! Rude af. So is the lead housekeeper, garbage! Negative: Yeah the manager lady and the lead housekeeper, horrible customer service!

I stayed several nights in different rooms. It's a toss up. Some sections are clean with no bugs and others "call the health department"... To the day I earned a reward for a free night the staff turned things around on me, and said I was a problem because I was negotiating for rates they gave me in the first place on the same reservation that I was extending...

Jamie at the front desk is so sweet and beyond helpful. I'm a person with chronic pain and she had done everything in her power to make things as easy as can be for me. She's an amazing woman all around, I can't speak highly enough of her. THIS WOMAN NEEDS A RAISE.
