Iwas there February 19-21. The manager was rude. There was a little confusion with my reservation through Vio.com. so I went outside and got it straightened out. Came back it and told her I got it straightened out. She said you need to hurry up I haven't eaten all day. I told her I just said I got it straightened out she said I know but I haven't eaten since yesterday. She changed the duration since shed eaten and it's really not my problem.the next day she tell me make sure you ckean up after your dog. I told her I do that's why I had bags tied to the leash. She said you better we have cameras all over. Don't know what made her sat that out of the blue. But the real kicker was she charged me 164 dollars on top of the 124 I paid Vio.com she said I didn't have a reservation and I did. She's refusing to give me my money back. She is was rude and not very customer orientated. Not suited for counter greeting work at all.

I have enjoyed my stay here, Maria Saucedo was very helpful, she loved my Dog! Truly a quiet place to stay, I was here 4 days! You have things in walking distance, to get something to eat if your on foot, I was here because of a breakdown! Yes I would stay here again!

So I stayed here for a week or so about a month ago. When I checked in, I informed the manager that my dogs were service dogs. She IMMEDIATELY asked what type of service dogs, which is VERY illegal, and told me ESAs don't count so I would be charged. There will be a complaint to the ADA about this hotel because of that VERY intrusive and illegal question. I stayed there for a while, and during that time, I started babysitting another dog who's owner had to be checked into the hospital (yes one too many IF we were going with my service animals not counting, but really it was my first "pet"). One day I wanted to extend for one more day, but that afternoon at 11, she called, told me I had 3 dogs. I let her know I have 2 online interviews until about 1 PM and needed to do those. IMMEDIATELY after the interview, she called and said that I was taking too long and she would call the police if I wasn't out in 10 minutes. Keep in mind I am a Platinum Wyndham Rewards member with 100s of nights this year ALONE at Wyndhams and was there on business, so if she treated me like that, think how she would treat anyone else. So sure you embarrassed me out of your hotel by threatening to call the cops when YOU canceled the extra night for having 3 dogs in there while illegally asking about and not counting my service dogs, but unless someone like the owner or Wyndham higher up contacts me to let me know how they will make this right with one of their Diamond members they supposedly "value" so much, I'm calling the ADA and ALL the regulatory agencies to let them know you asked what I needed my service dogs for, did not recognize them and said I violated hotel policy, and then threatened the cops in 10 minutes if I didn't leave for having my service animals. Plan on filling those complaints Monday so I'm actually being much nicer to you all then you were to me. Long story short, don't stay here. They don't care about people loyal to Wyndham, they don't care about people with service animals to the point of illegality, and the manager will call the cops if the little power she has that has clearly gone to her head is questioned. There's MUCH nicer hotels around this area that would be MUCH better options without the condesceding manager that is a walking ADA lawsuit so I would recommend doing a little more digging to not stay here, ESPECIALLY people here working or Wyndham Rewards members. The Travelodge is MUCH nicer, I LOVE the manager there, and I COMPLETELY regret trying this place out, just still with that place instead thats like 0.1 miles away.

Ok, so to make sure y'all know which Super 8 I am reviewing this is the one at 10805 Turner Blvd, Longmont, CO 80504. I stayed in room 107 from Friday 10/18/2024 through 3 am on Sunday 10/20/2024... . THIS PLACE HAS A BED BUG INFESTATION. DO NOT LET MARIA THE MANAGER TELL YOU OTHERWISE.. . I thoroughly inspected this room before bringing my stuff into the room. It was immaculately clean, smelled of bleach, etc. I tore the bed apart, removing their matress cover, etc. I mean I thoroughly checked this room.. I didn't find anything.. So, I brought my stuff into the room... What a mistake.. . I returned Saturday night at 8:00 pm after spending the day got at an event.... When I went to go to bed, a bug ran across the bed. I was able to capture it and place it in a cup... To prove they have bed bugs.. . I bagged all of my belongings and left them in the bed of my vehicle.. Well everything except the clothes I had on, my cell phone, and my tablet... I have spent all of today, Sunday 10/20/2024 fighting them in my apartment. They were in my cellphone and tablet. No shit.... . The good news, they are not pyrethrin resistant, which means this place isn't even attempting to treat for them.. . Stay clear at all costs unless you know how to rid yourself of these bugs, thankfully I do...

I wish I could give a minus 5 star review. My 3 year old granddaughter found a meth pipe full of residue on the floor. The management accused us of planting it. Unbelievable. Under the beds the floor was filthy. We did not look when we arrived as everyone was very tired and you don't expect the floor to be littered with tweaker trash. Booking.com shouldn't even refer families to this place.

Upon arrival at the hotel we saw that only one half of the Super 8 sign was lit up and it was dim at that. Once checked in we pulled around back to park only to find three vehicles with people living in them. They remained for the duration of our three night stay. Our room was, although clean, extremely outdated. There were burn marks in the bathtub (photo attached), a constantly running toilet, flickering lights above the sink and scratch marks all over the door from dogs. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a group of 6 motorcycles that booked 5 rooms on 6/20/24. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and due to the weather, offered to move the two cars parked under the front awning, and allow us to park our motorcycles there for the night. She said the office staff could watch them for us and it would keep them out of the rain.||After booking the rooms, we all left for dinner. When we returned, we parked under the awning just as she had allowed us to do, and even tried parking to either side to allow for cars to continue to pull between us, if needed. I heard a lady hollering at one of the other guys from a room upstairs telling him to shut off his bike because it was too loud and it woke her up. He told her we had permission from the front desk to park there and she continued screaming that she was the manager and that she would come down to the lobby to take care of it. When she came down, she acted very unprofessional by screaming and cursing the group, even while the lady at the front desk tried to calm her and tell her that she was the one that gave us permission to park there.||At this time, I told her I wanted a refund and would stay somewhere else. She then told us to leave and that she would not refund us, and then instructed her husband, who was upstairs leaning over the railing filming this interaction, to call the other hotels in the area and warn them.||I told her I would not leave without a refund and she threatened to call the police, which I agreed might be a good thing for her to do, so she did. I told her a few times to go back to her room and calm down, which she replied back by calling me an fuc*ing redneck and telling us that we were a biker gang.||When the police arrived, they told me that they get called there by her often and that she is a "repeat customer" and then told us of another hotel that was in a better area for us to go to.||For the record, Maria Saucedo is this manager I speak of because I watched her flip the "manager on duty" sign around during her rant. Also, our "gang" included a 50 year old preacher and his son, a 72 year old retired man and his wife, and the rest of us, all whom go to church together and nowhere resemble a bike gang. Patron beware!
