Baymont by Wyndham Loveland/Fort Collins Area

Well I really try not to complain about this hotel because the people are great, but I'm a bit disappointed tonight. I actually paid for a room that was suppose to have a (kitchenette). But i get into the room and it don't even have a fridge? I mention it to one of the employees,and she said it's because they were already taken....well why would it be on the website as that then offering it yo me? And no one offered a fridge at least? So I couldnt even buy food or drinks. Then as I'm in the room I start sneezing non stop and my eyes are swelling from watering so bad I guess my allergies going off the charts, my friend looks at the vents to the Heater/air conditioner and they are so caked with dirt and dust it's falling off as he takes them out. He cleaned them and it clogged the drain in the tub in which it was already slow to drain, but I was so grossed out by this I have to say something. It turned out to be a miserable night. I planned on staying again tomorrow but now I feel like I should get a comp on a room or half off or something. So if not I will pay full price but I won't be a very happy camper since this was all bad tonight. Thankfully now at almost 12 a m I'm not sneezing and my eyes are not swollen shut, thanks to my friend cleaning the vents and well really cleaning the rest of the room too. So for the first time I'm pretty disappointed in this hotel, and think someone needs to start looking into some of the issues around here....all management issues, either not caring or checking on things around here. Still only getting one towel but I bought a couple, still no breakfast, and probably need to pull out all the furniture and see how bad it is spring cleaning time I think. I still think this place rocks, just needs a kick in the butt. Everyone has issues so still my favorite place to be around here! Would like the online issue and ruined night addressed with a comp or something if possible. Thank you.

1. In my 2-bed room there was only one hand towel and one wash cloth. The desk didn't have another one for my friend. ||2. Going to the pool there was no additional towel, so I had to use the same one I used for the shower. The next day we asked for new towels but there was none.||3. Pillow size was a throw pillow smaller than a sleeping pillow; two of the pillows were sheets stuffed into the pillowcase (so not soft!!).||4. There were black stains all over the sheets. When I asked for clean sheets, there was no additional ones available; I was assured they were stained but clean sheet.||5. Their write up says they serve breakfast. No food of any kind was offered - they claimed that they were waiting for a new contractor. They could have gotten things at COSTO, so I wonder how long they have used this excuse. They only served coffee for the 4 days we were there.||6. The windows were single pane, so the noise during the week was significant.||7. The mattresses were worn and not very supportive.||8. The flusher on the toilet was disconnected so we had to fix it||9. The carpets in the room and hallway are really dirty.||||3 Positives: most staff were really nice, there is plenty of parking, the shower || had nice warm water.

We stayed there for two nights. The receptionist was outside smoking when we got there, and every single time we went to the front desk with a question she was back outside smoking. The room was ok. Not terrible, but not great. We were given one towel in the bathroom for the three of us to use for two nights. Not even a hand towel or a washcloth. That was one of the things we went back to the front desk for. The pool and hot tub weren't too bad. The pool was a bit too cold, the hot tub was a bit too hot, and there was nowhere to sit. They advertise having a hot breakfast, but they had a sign in the elevator saying that they had supposedly switched food carriers, so they don't even have a continental breakfast. Something you could literally run across the street to Wal-Mart and get stuff for. If we had taken the stairs, we wouldn't have even known that they didn't have breakfast. There was one sign in the elevator, and that's it. Besides that, it wasn't too bad of a place to stay.

This was a very poor experience due to the cleanliness of the room. The pillows had human hair on them. I went and got new pillow cases that had blood stains on them. There was only one towel for 3 of us. The refrigerator did not function. We were so grossed out none of us slept under the sheets.

This place is a great. Easy check in, even late at night. Quiet, and clean. Easy parking. Well run. But no breakfast, so that's a bummer. The dude at check in said it was because of an issue with the vendor, so idk wth???? Coffee is good in the lobby

Arrived later at night around 9pm. Not in the best area and I felt a bit unsafe at this hotel. It's an older and smaller hotel and the elevator is barely big enough to fit more than 2 people at once. My room just felt musty and old, and I was met with a sign on the dresser that said everyone had to be out of their rooms by 10am the next morning so the carpets could be cleaned. I have stayed at many hotels before and have never seen this notice posted. The comforter/top blanket on the bed was covered with black/dark stains and that coupled with the notice on the dresser prompted me to search the room for bedbugs because that's the vibe I got. The bed was decently comfortable but I did not get a good nights sleep due to worrying about bedbugs all night long. I was able to check out a day early the next morning without hassle which was the only good thing I can say about staying here. I was issued a refund for my second night almost immediately. Definitely do not recommend staying here. It's really not close to Denver or even Fort Collins (it's an hour from DIA) and there are way more hotels around in the same price range that I'm sure are much better maintained.

Positive: "" Negative: Free breakfast was advertised on the reservation page and on the sign outside. There was NO breakfast. There was not even in room coffee! No compensation offered! My room was not clean. Floors were visibly dirty and sticky.

Positive: It was close to everything Negative: Well, there?s one burn hole in comforter the bathtub filled up and didn?t drain all that good cracks in the walls. The place needs remodeled it wouldn?t be a bad place you walk in later night you smell like pot, but it needs some help.
