Residence Inn Loveland Fort Collins

I stayed in one of the suites for business. My suite had a full-size refrigerator, 2-burner stove, dishwasher and everything needed to cook. Pots, pans, knives and cooking utensils. The cupboards had dishwater, eating utensils, cups and wine glasses. The sofa with pullout bed was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Complimentary Hot Breakfast was about an 8 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being good.

The person working the check in (Reba) was one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. She helped us get exactly the room we needed. The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. We were comfortable and slept well. Good parking. The hotel was in good proximity to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to any fellow travelers!

The service that we received from Reba and Cheryl at the front desk was amazing. They went far and above to ensure we got a mix up with the Hampton Hotel due to a water issue resolved. Reba’s homemade cookies that she puts out for the guests were delicious. The room was spotless. This is definitely the place we’ll stay during our future visits to Loveland. The entire staff made us feel like we were home.

Booked two rooms for myself and a family member for a wedding in the area in November 2024. We had such a lovely experience that I had to take names to say thank you! First, Check-in was quick and friendly (Jessica was the person to help us get that done). The room was very comfortable, nice and clean. My biggest plus was that the windows open! I got to keep a window cracked to avoid stuffy recycled air at night. Breakfast options were tasty and my uncle and I sat by the tables in the lobby every morning with coffee and great conversation with staff (specifically Lori who was very pleasant to deal with). I did have to use the laundry thanks to a wine spill and the laundry room was clean and sanitary (someone was using almost all of the machines though - guess I should have gotten there earlier lol). Throughout our 4 days stay we also chatted with Sheryl and Aaron who were all very kind and professional. I wish we had a reason to come back to this area in Colorado (I do have a sister in Basalt but that's kind of far) because I'd stay here every time!|If I had to say anything could use improvement it would be about the gym and pool/hot tub area. The hot tub did not work and the pool area was in a dire need of a makeover. The gyms' cardio equipment did not work at all and poor Sheryl wasn't sure how to assist so we were offered the gym right next door at Fairfield. This was fine with us so I don't think that is really a big deal but worth mentioning for those who might think they are going to stay on their fitness routine when they travel here. Not a deal breaker for us! We had a great time! Photo submission is cool view while waiting for elevator on top floor. Oh and if you take the stairs, check out the view from there too! I didn't get any photos.

Stayed here for four nights on a business trip. I have stayed at Residence Inn hotels in the past with family—amazing place for families. It has a kitchenette for cooking, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball courts.

Hotel is a little bit dated, but had an excellent breakfast. Fitness room is sparse but had what I needed. Good location, close to the interstate and restaurants.

Been a long time customer here, always happy checking in, staff is always nice. The nighttime concierge is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and smell nice. Lobby is very inviting. Best breakfast 🍳 it of the Loveland hotels.

I have stayed here over 20 times and each time has been perfect. No complaints whatsoever. This place is perfect for longer stays since it has a kitchen and even an outdoor grill. Highly recommend.
